Legit BBQ right here in Shreveport. The brisket is fantastic with great flavor and texture. But that jalepeno sausage is the best I've ever had! Everything was wonderful, guys. The sides are all great. And the banana pudding was 🔥. Their new venue is inside Great Raft Brewing and will be a game changer for the local bbq community.

You can never go wrong any choice you make from the CalTex barbecue menu. My favorites are the elote en vaso and brisket. These guys do an amazing job of combining their talents to create delish and beautifully plated food. You can definitely see the dedication and passion that go into each and every one of their cooks.
