Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Shreveport

Update:I gave Chick Fil A another try and another and another. They burn my food, they only fill my drinks half way and they don’t put everything in the bag. Don’t go to chick-fil-A on Mansfield Road . I’ve been coming here every Tuesday and getting breakfast since it opened. Sometimes I even spend my last dime just getting breakfast here because that’s how much I love Chick-fil-A. I spend everything we have just eat here with me my family. We’ve enjoyed memories and good food. Today I went to Chick-fil-A like I do every Tuesday and do the same thing. I get my food, what I can afford ,and some sweet tea and go to the car. I put the sweet tea in a cup of mine that i brought. then I go back up there and get one refill because they say I can get one refill . Today I was told that I can’t take the sweet tea and put it in one of my cup and get another refill. I’m not trying to get free food and I’m not trying to scam the company. All I’m trying to do is get one refill that they told me I could get . I drink most of the tea and then I pour the rest of it in another cup of mine, it shouldn’t matter what I do with my tea. I also get four cups of ice for my water bc we don’t really have ice at work. I use the cups of ice for my water and for eating. I get hot at work and the ice helps. I only do this once a week. I want to get my One refill that they told me I could get. Chick-fil-A was very rude and I’m not gonna do business with them anymore and for me to say that that’s a lot. I know they don’t care because they make millions and millions of dollars every day. And they’re so upset over one cup of sweet tea. They don’t care if I come back because they’ll just have somebody else buying stuff from them. I really thought that Chick-fil-A cared, but apparently they don’t. They’re upset over one cup of sweet tea and I do this every Tuesday for the last few months ever since they opened , I would spend my last five dollars just eat here but not anymore. I tried to get explain my situation to the Chick-fil-A on Mansfield Road. They told me what they had to tell me and they shut the door and walked away. I know that one lady told the other guy what she thought I was doing, but you don’t need to just assume things without knowing the person situation and what they are going through. This chick-fil-A made me happy and got me through the week but not anymore. I’m done. I don’t recommend anything from this...

I really don’t believe in giving bad reviews but I’m so tired of the lack of services given at these restaurants that you’re paying almost $20 dollars for a combo. I ordered a grill chicken combo and received the deluxe grilled chicken combo with bacon… okay fine, I started trying to eat the old cold fries, but after trying to take the bacon off the sandwich and eat the chicken sandwich- this was old and cold as well. I called the location and asked for my order to be cooked and that I was on my way back…, all I can hear was a bunch young folks playing in the back ground as I was put on hold for a very long time. She finally came back took my order and told me the time frame I can pick it up not remembering I stated I was on my way back.. When I picked up my order, fries was lukewarm and grilled chicken over grilled and very slimy and greasy. I could not eat this meal.. I plan on contacting them on Monday- tomorrow and asking for the manager. When I drove up- I wonder why the line was empty and it was just before 8pm and learned later from someone that Youree drive is the best location to stick with. I’m all for young people working but the lack of integrity and accountability a lot of businesses are loosing business because of the people they have working for...

Worst place EVER!!!!! Every single time I’ve visited this establishment my order was wrong and after turning around two different times to return my order and request a refund from the manager I got attitude BOTH times. Samantha Sepulvado and Michael Dolman are both at the Shreveport, La location on Mansfield Rd and they both seriously need to be fired!!!!! Their professionalism and sense of urgency to their customers is nonexistent. And it’s sad that I also once overheard an employee stating how the Samantha person would not let the employees working outside go inside to get them something to drink as hot as it was outside during the summer…..that’s ABUSE OF POWER!!! The food is horrible there, the customer service is a joke and the people that are placed in the supervisory positions ( the two people I mentioned) lacks all of the qualities of being in the positions that they are in. My child will never work there because of what I experienced myself. Please send some of your employees to the Youree Dr. location for some extra training along with the supervisors because going to Youree Dr. is worth drive not this place.
