I had a problem with several things with this store.
There was a man at the counter occupied with something when we walked in. He greeted us, but abruptly told us several times to have a seat without first asking what we wanted. We weren't dining, but just doing a to-go order. He took a bag of orders and quickly left the store, I'm assuming to deliver. A woman came out and took our orders. She was not very pleasant. We sat and waited, and the time to get our big order was pretty quick. But just when my mom was about to ask her a question, she quickly went to the back. Her behavior was very dismissive, but I tried not to take offense as I considered this was just their culture. We took the bags to our car to review, and we were confused in where our other entree was. We ordered a 2-entree deal of sweet and sour chicken, and the other, the shrimp with garlic sauce. I went to the store and the lady said that the entrees were together in ONE bowl. I knew my mom was not going to like this becuase she wants her chicken by itself rather than being soggy and wet with the flavor altered by the other entree. So, the Entree deal as kind of misleading.
Our Shrimp fried rice box was stapled down. While I appreciate the attempt to secure it, I didn't like this because there was one other time I accidentally bit a staple found in my rice from another Chinese food store.
Shrimp & Broccoli had a very weird taste.
Half of the sweet & sour chicken was soggy and wet after taking it apart. I hate that she couldn't enjoy all of it but only a fw.
They do deliver, but she told me the orders have to be over $20 to $25 with a tip.
Don't think...
Read moreAlthough I have eaten here many times and have enjoyed it. My last meal here was last night on February 19, 2019. We were overcharged for food we DID NOT order the $15.25. Rice comes with the three meals that we ordered. Yet when we got home and looked at our ticket we were charged $8.25 for vegetable fried rice, which we did not order, and we were charged $6.95 for plain white rice. Again rice comes with your meal so WHY would we order extra rice? We did not realize this mistake until we got home. I contacted the business today and was told that I would need to bring the food back for a refund! Really? I was told it “must’ve been a miscommunication error between the person taking the order and us”. I informed them that was the order taker’s problem not mine. The order taker should have called the order back out to us to make sure it was right. Again we have ordered there numerous times, numerous times. Horrible, horrible, customer service and the chicken tastes like warmed over, two day old chicken!...
Read moreOrder online: mistake number one, to be over charged and highly dissatisfied bwith the service. Instead of calling me and explaining the online order they waited until I arrive to notify me that the item did not come with the item purchase and that I would need to order it separately.. NOW WHO WANTS TO WAIT UNTIL YOU FIX IT.. WHAT WOULD BE THE POINT OF ORDERING ONLINE If I could give a zero star I would. The purpose of ordering on line and requesting a notification so you will not have to wait. You send a notification saying order ready just to get there and have me wait. If the customer service was great this would be a great place to go to because the food taste great. The customer service need improvement and the prices or to high for certain items for the amount...
