I must admit, things aren't the same, especially the new LJS app. The app is a headache and never works correctly and older people don't like using an app. Older people just want to either go inside or the drive thru use a coupon without a hassle or inconvenience. Yet LJS prefers to lose money, provide terrible service and not appreciate the older people who have money. The kiddos who use apps that never work, must enjoy it. When she did, one of the workers from the back wanted a Pepsi so she took care of him and then started talking to co-worker. Finally took my order and my mother told her what she wanted. The girl asked what sides and turned away and began discussing her work hours with coworker and totally ignored us. After waiting several more minutes I said let's go, they obviously don't want our business. The four of us walked out without a word from workers and certaintly not an apology or attempt to make it right. So I returned to receive my complete order only to be addressed by a unapologetic manager “L.W.”. I waited about 5 or 6 six minutes to receive my food by this time it’s around 7:55, and before I left, I specifically asked him “was he going to offer me anything for my inconvenience”, he responded very loudly, rude and unprofessionally “what do you want, a drink”, I politely looked at his name tag as I was walking out as he commented “do I need him to call the manager”!
