11/15/23The old black lady that’s the manager in the mornings, is very very sweet. But the way she conducts business in the morning is what slows the service down. She will take your order and then make you wait to pay until after all your food is ready And won’t take anybody else’s order until the person that ordered the foods order is ready. Then, when the first customers foods ready, she collect their money, and then take the next customers order. So going into the dining room as opposed to the drive-through is four times as long. They just need to conduct business like every other store. Take everyone’s order wait until there food comes up, give them their order and let them go. The way she does it Makes you have to wait 20 minutes in the dining room before your food is ready, no one else has even got to order yet and you could’ve went through the drive-through four times by then….. 1/30/25 i’m still going to this McDonald’s and she still works there. And she still is as sweet as ever!!!! One thing about this lady and that McDonald’s is breakfast at every McDonald’s ends at 10:30 AM. But I don’t get there until 10:30-10:45 every morning, and she still lets me order breakfast for myself & daughter. Even though they already started serving lunch, and the workers in the back complain about it. She just tells them I’m the manager, your job is to do what I say. So please get it done. Every other McDonald’s wouldn’t let you order breakfast, once they started serving lunch. This is definitely a McDonald’s that you want to visit. It may take a little longer. Read moreThey just remodeled this place but obviosly the customer service needs to be revamped a bit as well. I just had the most horrible experience at this mcdonalds. It all could have been avoided if the Manager Karen Harris would have just used some basic skills, like listening, showing empathy for the customer. I walked in to complain about an incorrect and poor order from about an order I placed at the location around 12:45am the same morning 9/16/12. Before I could get my full statement out of my mouth, I was interrupted by Miss Harris and her attitude " Ahh sir its nothin i'm gone be able to do" followed by rolled eyes and shrugging shoulders. After going back and forth for 3 minutes in front of customers, I asked if she had a number to customer service, the then asked another patron who was standing in line to read me the 855 number on the back of their reciept. This Mcdonalds was been closed for months and the public has been waiting on it's reopening. I'm sure with poor customer service like I recieved tonight, people would rather drive a few extra miles to the other mcdonalds. This young lady definatly needs a basic customer...
Read moreMorons with awful customer service skills. Wrong order, over charged, spilled my drink in to my car, waited 5 minutes then asked be to pull up on a very simple order. Requested a refund as my patience had run out, they took my card, brought the cashier up and has her defend her order taking prowess. After that they left the window again with my card and reappeared 3 minutes later asking me to pull up again. I refused demanded my card back and called a rather unapologetic lady who's number was listed on the receipt. 20 minutes later I now have my money back (in cash) because they don't even understand their own tech to process a refund back on a credit card. So.... 30 minutes after gracing the parking lot of this mcdonalds, I have no food, no apologies, and a new mission in life....
