First time stopping thru and this place is the real deal. The potato salad was fablous. Just the right amount of ingredients plus it has the red seasoning on top..thats a good sign it was going to be good. Po boys were great, wheat bread is soft. We are from Dallas but will make this a our go to spot when in town. Ohhh and the ice for the drinks is that good kind of ice..like sonic ice. Gentlemen who took our order is super helpful to us newbies. Great place to get some food.

For my online order to be delivered I ordered the Cajun chef's salad minus black olives . I also ordered the Nathan sandwich minus onions and black olives. Both items were sealed tightly. The take out container for the salad had a strip of tape over the opening . Fresh crisp veggies used . Wish there had been an option to choose your bread 🍞 preference as mine would have been wheat bread I was pleased there were several dressing options for the salad.

First time trying.. food was not good. Bread was fresh but it wasn’t poboy bread quality. The meat… I’m not sure if it was poor quality, overcooked or what but it was gross. Felt like bits of rubber in my mouth. The gravy tastes like a cheap packet mix, plus some jalapeño juice. If I give the place another shot I will not order the beef again 🤢

Very nice theme oriented little poboy place. By theme design I mean if you have any Mississippi or Alabama alumnus friends that come to visit you you have to just stop in for a bite. That's right, a bite of some real LSU FANDOM. Mike, the owner, is a great LSU man. Way better than subway so this place is a definitely a must try. The meat was tasty and so was the gravy. The problem is... they chop up the meat in small pieces and then when you dip, the meat drops out... and honestly it ticked me off. It's kind of small place but it was very busy when I went so it's seems to be popular... ps if you like annoying singing then the wait staff won't bother you. However, I find it annoying when she was singing... not only was it not the best... I felt like she was not paying enough attention to my order... but...

Food - eh, you could get a better sandwich just right up the street and pay less $$ for it. Service - you won't get attitude as long as Mike (owner) isn't in a bad mood Atmosphere - as long as you are a belligerent LSU fan you'll feel right at home

Really, Po=Boy Express used to be great food at a reasonable price. Now 2025, they have mediocre food at $4 higher than 2 years ago.

Due to the owner, Mike, being in a crappy mood last time I visited, I won't ever return to his Po-Boy Express Sandwich...
