So I ordered online and had a pickup time set , got there and found out that they had just started cooking my chicken. I was asked to pull forward and I proceeded to wait about 35 minutes before the wrong order was brought to my car, it was the person-behind-me's order. So I proceeded to wait another almost 10mins before our food was brought out. The advantage to waiting was the chicken was HOT and delicious, but a MAJOR inconvenience. Since the whole purpose of ordering ahead was to get it at a certain time and go. I really am commenting because I REALLY enjoyed my meal and I WILL return, but I will not call ahead because it doesn't matter if you do. But I wanted Popeye's employees to be aware that when someone orders ahead they really are in a hurry. I will just take this as a learning experience and bless the worker of this store and be patient...

Was given incorrect change back, when asked the teller about the error she said she had to wait till they brought her some change, she told me to pull up from drive through window and she would bring my change out to me. I waited another 10 minute no one came, I parked my card went inside told another teller don't worry about my change just give me my sauce she didnt put in my bag. Then I told her it would be nice if you would just asked the customer do they have the exact change because you running low instead of giving people back incorrect change and not giving them any kind of explanation and then get attitude as if they are in the wrong . Read moreUnfortunately, this location seems to hire whoever they can. I know a bum off the street could preform better than what we just experienced. Restaurants need quality over quantity. It’s not the customer’s responsibility to mark off unavailable items for the online ordering service. And there is no reason to be irate to the customer. The manager was of no use when trying to locate our several missing items. If there was a willingness to apologize for the inconvenience this experience just might’ve been enjoyable for my wife and i. But instead they just slam the drive through window in our face and show us they can’t read the print on their ticket. Thankfully we didn’t go inside. Talk about adding insult to injury.
