Shane's Crawfish Shack — Restaurant in Shreveport

Pretty much the worst crawfish I’ve ever had. They were small, very gritty, had absolutely no seasoning or flavor other than just a salty/chili powder taste. Absolutely terrible... Where are the lemons, oranges, and onions? I’ve had them the past few years and thought the same. But figured I would give it one more try and see if they were better this year since the chuck wagon is not open on Monday’s but what a mistake that was. Was taken to a dirty table that had to be cleaned while there were ample seats availabe since it was not quite as busy on a Tueaday at 730pm. I waited around 15min before a waitress waiting on her families table next to me went to the cash register asking about the table i was seated at. It took another 5min before she asked if i have been helped. Crawfish was super small for the price. After receiving my food i was not talked to again till i received my bill. I really like Shane's. This is a small place so you may have to wait a while for your order. The people were nice, but this is a very country style store so don't expect it to be like a chain restaurant! There crawfish is very good and it is one of my favorites!
