I've been going to this Starbucks (in this area) for the past 3 yrs since we moved here. I've experienced good customer service and some not so good service. But, today was a standout kinda moment for me that I will not ignore. My husband and I ordered (2) Pecan crunch lattes, extra shot and whipped cream on both. On the drive home I noticed my latte did not have an extra shot. I called to let them know and the young lady who answered was quite rude and very nonchalant. She told me she basically didn't know wut I wanted her to do because she didn't think Starbucks had a policy to replace coffee that was not made as ordered. She further told me though I had paid for the extra shot, she wasn't aware of it or probably 4got to put it in there. I asked to speak to the manager and she asked me didn't I already talked to customer service b4 calling her and wut did they say? Finally, the worker who took our order got on the phone and had no solution either. So I gave one. I asked her to take my name down and the next time I'm there, they can just remake it. She then asked why would she take my name when she doesn't know who'll be there the next time I come. Folk's, I give up! Buy, by the time I got ready to get off the phone she asked for my name. Smdh! My jambalaya was lukewarm, and it was evident it had been sitting awhile. Had the jambalaya been hot, I think it would have been awesome, because the flavor was great!
