Absolutely awful 😞. My daughter bought lunch for her Dad and I (Mom), and was so excited to be able to financially afford her parents a healthy, fast food meal. When her Dad drove to get our meals, the employees were not friendly, did not greet him upon walking in to the establishment, and when Dad asked the workers about an order for our daughter, they did not say a word to him but just reached out their hand and held out our order. Dad asks the workers if there were drinks, they shrugged their shoulders and then replied "No"...which was incorrect. When Dad arrived home with food, it was just a soggy, awful mess! AND, they DID forget our chips/drinks. We called back to speak to the manager, and we were told she was gone. We were asked what was wrong with our food, and when I told her what was forgotten from our order, she rudely interrupted me, told me "Since there ain't nothing wrong wit your food, we can't refund THAT." At that time I only asked for my forgotten items; but when she rudely told me we have to come back for forgotten items and would not even allow me to speak about the sandwiches being inedible, I told her to JUST forget it. ALL of THAT rude attitude made the 2 bites out of my sandwich even more horrible than it originally tasted! I want my daughter's money back to her... THIS was a terrible experience! I felt terrible to call in 15 minutes before this subway closed,because I know how it feels when you think you are finally about to go home. I have not had a meal all day long and was DREAMING of my subway sandwich. Jacob, the employee who answered my call, was so positive and willing to help me get my sandwich.
