Taco Bell — Restaurant in Shreveport

If you want cold food that is incorrect every trip this IS the place. I ordered in the app three times now so I know this is not an off day. The first time I ordered on the app I ordered two soft cantina chicken tacos. One was missing that time. The second time I ordered the app I ordered a $5.99 cravings box that is only available in the app. I ordered the salsa verde packets which are 20 cents each, five of them. When I picked this order up it was in a sealed box. I opened the box to find out not only were my salsa packets not in there, that I paid for, but I also had no napkins, no mild sauce (it was ordered also) and no fork. How do these people expect you to eat potatoes in a bowl without a fork? This last time was the worst. I again ordered the $5.99 box that is not available on the menu. I added a cantina taco. I ordered at least 15 mins prior to arriving. I waited thru six drive thru customers and then the lady hands me my drink and tells me to pull up that its not ready yet. 15 mins ahead and its not ready?!? I patiently wait in the spot where she told me to pull up. This time I made sure my order was right. It was NOT! Again, no fork. When i asked the lady to wait to be sure the order was right I told her I had no fork and again no Salsa Verde. As she was walking off she was taking my bag with her. I said you don't need my bag to get me a fork and a salsa verde packet. She then proceeded to throw the bag in the window of my car. She started screaming I am not going to be running back and forth to get you what you need. I said first off, you made me pull up with an online order, If this transaction would have taken place at the window we would not be where we are now. She rolled her eyes and went back in the store. A very nice young man came back outside to bring my fork and salsa verde. I asked what her name is. He said he has only worked there two days and did not know. Below is a picture of the cantina taco. Horrible. I would not feed this to my dog! The lady that pulled me up and brought me my food needs re-training at the very least! Perhaps I shouldn't even be here as I have never had a Baja Blast in my life. I'm just not a weird colored drink person. I'm pretty sure I've had almost everything else on the menu tho so I'll give it my best shot..

It's Taco Bell. It's better than McDonald's and cheaper than Wendy's. I'm honestly not wild about their burritos anymore, I used to love them but it seems they changed the ingredients several years ago and they're way too beany now. The crunchy tacos and those little cinnamon things are the best thing to get at Taco Bell imho. The taco salad and gorditas are pretty good too. Taco Bell soda always tastes a bit off to me, like it's too watery or halfway flat or something. It's not just at this location either, all Taco Bell soda leaves something to be desired.

I've never been inside this location as I'm a drive thru person. The outside of the store always looks really clean and well cared for. The drive thru area is also nice.

I don't eat here often, just when the mood strikes, but every time I've been here the drive thru people have been great. They seem very efficient and they're always friendly. They've only made one mistake the whole time I've been going there and it was only that they accidentally gave me an extra iced tea and when I told them I only ordered one they let me keep the extra one for free so I have a hard time even calling that a mistake. They never forget to give me straws, sauce, or napkins. The line moves fast. The food is always still hot when I get home (I live about 5 mins from there.)

I wouldn't trust them with my life but I would definitely let them pet my dog. Not that they would ever do that while they're working, these people are...

I would give it no stars after my visit today. At 1:45 pm today I went through the drive thru and place my order for 3 soft shell tacos and a crunchwrap. Well the lady kept trying to sell me the combos. I didn't want those, and finally she got my order. After paying for it, I checked my bag and to my surprise it was hard shell tacos. I went inside and before I could even talk to the cashier, I guess the young lady who was the manager on duty walks up to.me and say " you got issues ". I responded that I don't have any "issues" I just wanted 3 soft tacos. When I got.home they didn't have any sour cream. Very poor and unprofessional management.

Let alone you have to deal with workers bad attitude, and not answering any questions. This is how they prepare your food, and serve it.
