Definitely one of the worst whataburger s in the area. I ordered food for me and my bf. My bf gets a burger meat and ketchup only NO CHEESE. I order it exactly like this and every time without fail itās wrong. I work in the restaurant industry so I get mistakes happen but Iām not joking when itās every time. I turned around to the front to get it fixed inside so I didnāt have to wait to go through the drive thru for a 2nd time and as soon as I get out a worker locks the door. I had no choice but to go to the drive thru again and I went to the speaker and nicely said I just went through and it was a meat and ketchup only burger with no cheese but there is cheese on it. The worker responds with āokay pull aroundā. When I got to the the window I explained again what was wrong (again very nicely because I wasnāt upset I just wanted it fixed) I also asked for a new thing of fresh fries since the original ones were now cold. She just grabbed the bag from me and shut the window. Whenever it was ready she hands me the bag back and says with attitude āsorry bout thatā all in like 2 seconds and shuts the window and walks away. I checked to make sure everything was right and it was. They reused the bag I gave her and the wrapper from the original burger. Which is just like⦠okay. Anyway I wish this spot would work on their customer service ALOT because they have none.
Also Iām really confused how a place thatās 24hrs can just lock the lobby doors...
   Read morePicking up doordash orders, I decided to get something healthier to eat. So I asked for the grilled chicken sandwich. No big deal it's on the menu. Then after waiting a while for everything and paying my bill, I was holding the first sandwich and wiping the gratuitous mustard off the what appeared to be a stepped on bun. It was very burnt but I was about to eat it while waiting for the delivery orders. Then the rep from the window asked me if the sandwich was OK which I said was maybe too much mustard and looked stepped on but I'm just waiting for deliveries. So she made me another sandwich without me asking and then took the over cooked one and gave me an undercooked one that was cut in half indicating they were unsure of temperature. Just use the thermometer so you know it's 165° if you get uncertain. Don't give a customer raw chicken from a drive thru. It's instant diarrhea. And I ate a chunk of it before seeing it.
Returned to the same location march 8th, 2025. This time to pick up a doordash that is taking forever because the location locked the lobby and has a slow moving long line. So I order a shake from the menu. After hearing my subtotal with tax i realized the menu is not up to date with register prices. Thats illegal.... photos added for proof.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited the one here on kings & youree, the orders were messed up beyond belief, it took not 1 employee from the front register to come to the table & ask once again exactly what we ordered, but then 3 different kitchen workers then had to come out to the table, 1 by 1 to then try to figure out what to do, by then we had finished our breakfast, but the mother that was with us hadn't been able to eat anything, &the manager, a MS. FAB, I believe they call her, now she is by far the absolute worst personality they could EVER put in an authorization position dealing with customers and the public in general, when we had BEEN FINISHED with ours, the mom still had nothing to eat, asked for a refund we were informed that she was not getting a refund & she was not getting her order corrected, we went home and reported it to headquarters and I called the manager and informed her of the complaint only to be told that she has a 45 and is not concerned about who likes what, she's got her gun..... WOW,, MS.FAB IS ANYTHING BUT...
