First the employee chose the hardest piece of bread possible which I didn't realize of course until I started eating it. I hate having to ask for soft bread doesn't that defeat the purpose and their whole motto? Then I asked for cheddar cheese and got a shredded mix instead of sliced cheddar. Does he not understand what cheddar means? Why wouldn't you ask if that was what I wanted? Also I couldn't see over the silver trays blocking the window so that's why I didn't even know this was happening until I went to eat it. This is of course how it is in Shreveport in general but it's terrible and I hate it. I won't be going back to this location that's for sure. I even tried to research in advance to see what the best Subway is because of issues like this but I failed. Hopefully this serves as a good warning for future sandwich lovers. I do know that the one on North market st near Blanchard is excellent but they were too far...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped by at 2:55 PM, 10/08/18 because I saw the place was empty and was pressed for time. Entered to find three employees, so assumed I would be able to get quick service. The two girls behind the counter we not otherwise engaged in work tasks, but were chatting about one running an errand for the other. I stood patiently for awhile, directly in front of them, assuming that they would come to a break in their conversation and offer to provide service (or at least acknowledge my presence three feet away from them and looking at them). When they changed subjects (now discussing the difficulties one was having with her car at the dealership), I thought I might as well step to the back and wash my hands, in hopes that maybe they would be ready to focus on their customer in a moment. When I came back out, there were other people who had walked in (whom they did apparently help), so I left. Would not use this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. I GAVE THIS SUBWAY A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE SUBWAY ON 6138 GREENWOOD ROAD, SUITE 100, SHREVEPORT, LA WHICH IS A...
