0 out of 10 (DO NOT RECOMMEND) This is my second time ordering at this location online, and I had my son to come pick it up. My son was here tonight over 40 minutes when it said my order would be ready in 3-6 minutes. The lady there told him she didn't have my order. After 20 minutes he called me and when I came up there the cook in the back smiled and still said he didn't see my order. He thought everything was funny. It was another lady to say there's her name. I asked the lady, who happened to be the manager, why couldn't my son pick up my order? She stated he gave the wrong name, which he knows his mother's name. She went back and forth with me when the other lady with sense said hey stop going off on her. This whole entire place is trash, plus the little girl sitting in the lobby was recording, and she does work there, so if a video gets out of me, I will be suing you guys. I'm really sick of paying high prices for food and getting horrible service. She literally gave my son a hard time doing him the same way and wasn't trying to understand what he was saying. I paid online, so what's the problem? But my thing is she clearly said I don't have anything for the wrong name he called. My order was never even made. When the lady with sense clearly walked over and said it's right here, but the rude lady claims the orders online don't be coming through. But now I'm confused, because he supposedly said the wrong name, but you didn't try to make my order at all. When I came up there she was already hostel. Read moreIf I could rate this zero stars for a review I would because my experience was horrible at this location the past 2 times I ordered thru their app. When ordering online to be delivered I always use Whataburgers app. I made an $40 order and didn't recive my order until 2 hrs and 20 mins later when I live only 5 mins away. When my order showed out for delivery after 20 mins I continued to wait until an hr before contacting Whataburger. The mgr Windy Green would not cone the phone insteade she had the asst mgr Kristi speak with me instead. Kristi was very helpful and polite but her hands were tied as to what she could authorize to remedy the situation. After speaker Kristi speaking to Windy I was told nothing could be dobe for me including no replacement order made fresh for me after waiting at this time now 1 1/2 hrs. I complained that if i did get my order it would be cold but Windy was not concerned. However, Kristi told me that Windy would call me back if I still had not my received my order. I called them back and asked for Windy and they said she was in the bathroom and would call meback. It has been 2 wks now and still no phone call. It took 2 hrs and 20 mins to get my order that was dead...
Read moreWorst service to date!! I pulled into the outside drive-up lane and just sat there waiting for someone to help me. I sat there for close to 10 minutes and nothing. I watched as car after car on the inside lane were placing their orders. Honked my horn several times and nothing! I pulled forward and had to wait behind other cars that were lucky enough to place an order. I was finally able to flag someone down and advised him of my experience and was told that no one ever wants to man that lane and i should pull around to and go to the inside lane, or he could take my order now. At this point i'm so irritated with the situation that i asked for a manger. The manager came out and was nice and apologized for the situation and i appreciated that and she was willing to take my order, but i wasn't in the mood to give them my business. If they are having issues with the outside lane or can't find someone to cover it, then barricade it off so as to not waste paying customer's time.
