Taco Bell — Restaurant in Shreveport

I ordered 16 items for a group through the mobile app and as I was driving away, I could only see we were missing two items so I go back and let them know and they give me those two items. Well, I get back home to distribute the food and we’re missing 5 more items. I circled the things we were missing on my online order ticket that was on the bag to bring with me so my family could eat what we brought and I could go get the other things we were missing. I didn’t bring the food back with me because they didn’t check it the first time I came back in and I was under the assumption that it was against health code to check a bag. Well, I show up and tell them that we’re missing the circled items and the manager starts yelling at me and saying that she can’t just take my word for it and keeps just saying that I needed to have my food with me. They didn’t check it before either. The manager kept acting as if I was trying to scam them. After she kept going back and forth with me she finally made it and still didn’t include the rest of the order. They did add some random extra things though so at least I got my money’s worth, I guess. The rest of the staff was pleasant, I feel bad if that lady is their manager. I’ve worked in food service most of my life and I know it sucks, I’m sorry she hates her life but that is not my problem and there was no reason to act like that. I just had the worst experience at this location. The order taker for the drive thru was a major A-hole (whoever worked the window at around 8pm on 4/13/24). My husband was giving her our order, and in the middle of what he was saying she interrupted him and said "this a real order?" My husband was kind of shocked and asked her what she just said and she repeated "this a for real order?"...I got pissed and wanted to leave but he got the food and drove us home. Im not surprised that every single 24 of our tacos were crushed as if a toddler stomped all over them, and were ice cold and very hard...like theyve been left out for hours. Its so rude to judge someone for their order and ask if they are lying while placing an order. Who does that?! Then to give the customer what looked like garbage scraps is so unacceptable. I’m in my second trimester of being pregnant and I decided to go to Taco Bell in which I’ve been craving with my Fiancé and we also got something for his brother. We got 2 of the new Nugget Deluxe Box, nuggets were burnt, and each box had a different amount of nuggets in it, one was 7 one was 8.. isn’t there supposed to be 10? We didn’t get the spicy ranch sauce for it either. We were missing 3 tacos in total, the box comes with a chalupa and a hard taco we were missing both hard tacos. I got the Quesadilla COMBO I didn’t even get my hard taco that is supposed to come with it, and along with that I went to take my quesadilla out and it’s STONE cold and hard.
