I visited this location at 105 E Bert Kouns on Saturday, March 2nd. While in the drive thru, the young lady that received my card for payment was on her phone and also closed the window while processing the order. She did not return until she gave both the food and card back. 2 days later, my debit card was used to place not one or two, but 7 DoorDash orders in Shreveport, I live 30 miles South of Shreveport and never use the service. I also never physically allowed my card to be used anywhere else. With my bank’s fraud department on the line, I drove back to the store. The shift manager was very helpful in trying to reach out to their GM…..who lied about where she was and what she was doing at the time. I explained that I was calling SPD to file the report. After they arrived, the GM (who was “out of town” arrived to yell that this isn’t how you conduct business, and that she allows ALL of her employees to be on their phones because they could be on social media or talking to their “little boos”) She was supposed to be reviewing camera footage from that day at the 11:00a to 3:00p time frame when she locks the doors (because her employee felt “accused”) and then came right out behind the offices without doing anything. When I mentioned that my card had been used initially, the employees got into a small huddle and a few actually clocked out and left. There wasn’t any form of dispute, disagreement, or apology, the GM told the shift manager that she would “send the cashier to jail when she reviewed the video”. Nothing was done and I’ll be contacting corporate in hopes of retrieving the footage to resolve this matter. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD AT THIS STORE. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD AT THIS STORE. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD...
Read moreThis Taco Bell location is, without a doubt, the worst place to get food. I placed an online order through the app at 12:30 AM, spending $70, only to be told upon arrival that the store had closed early. Let me remind you, this restaurant is supposed to remain open until 2 AM. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of professionalism.
As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the expectations and responsibilities tied to operating within posted hours. Closing early without proper notice is a blatant disregard for customer service and trust. If a business advertises a specific closing time, the building should remain open and operational until that time. There is no excuse for this kind of negligence.
To make matters worse, the employees at the drive-thru window did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, they deflected the issue by claiming that my order wasn’t placed with them directly but through the app—as if the app isn’t directly integrated with their system! I know for a fact my order went through because the app is connected to their store.
The lack of accountability, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the staff, is infuriating. I am extremely disappointed with this location and its service. After this experience, I will likely...
Read moreWe came to eat at this Taco Bell and noticed that the lights inside were off. We found it a bit odd, but we went inside and started ordering on the electronic tablet. Suddenly, a girl who works there came in and asked if we needed any drinks. I didn’t hear her, so I asked again, “What happened? I didn’t understand you.” And she responded, “What don’t you understand about what I’m saying?” I thought her response was very rude. One of the people with me asked her again about the drinks and mentioned that we had ordered four. Without us finishing our order, she came over and gave us the cups. Then, her coworker came in from outside with a strong smell of marijuana, and suddenly all the lights in the establishment were turned on. I realized they had turned them off so no customers would come in, which I find completely unacceptable. They were in a very bad mood, clearly high, and not paying attention to what they were doing. I think it was terrible service, laughing and not caring about customer...
