The Manager I assume, with brown and black 9/9crochets and crooked teeth was very rude and disrespectful yesterday. She talked to me with an attitude and had a problem when I continued to add more food to my order, you could tell she was mad by her tone. She even talked to the workers rudely and disrespectfully to be an adult. I advice the head manager to either fire her or talk to her about that because thatâs why theyâre loosing customers, the managers think theyâre on such a high pedestal to where she can talk to the customers with no respect. Tell her brush her teeth before coming in cause that smell will run off customers too. The store also smells very sour and made me sick to my stomach.
Well now I thought after my last visit this burger9 king wouldâve gotten their act together but they didnât. Friday of last week I came there and there was a woman with braids in a bun with crust around her very dark lips like sheâs been smoking forever. Thatâs besides the point the woman had a very nasty attitude. I think the girl with the brown braids and a wide gap called her toya but the workers there on that night had very nasty attitudes. They were standing around not working on there phone. I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby just for a chicken sandwich (which was still made wrong). At a certain point the girls with went and sat in the lobby. It was also very sour smelling in the store and there were gnats everywhere. I wondered how were they still open but anyways I want to get in contact with the people over them cause the management...

Two customers from the drive-thru entered went to the counter complaining that there was a big mess with their order they got no receipt got no food and they wanted it straightened out That was a young female employee just kind of wandering around not doing anything in particular who finally seemed to notice us she came over to take out order we gave her our order and she just stood there looking at us I asked what's the problem she said I have to get the manager then she just stood there with no explanation to us An older male employee came out to the counter and was trying to fix the drive-thru mess Finally the manager came out to the counter to where we were placing our order I asked what's the problem. I have to cancel your order because you changed it we explained we didn't change our order so she looked at the young lady that had taken our order and she went about clearing the register and the young lady started over without ever saying a word to us.    Read moreI went through drive thru a couple of nights ago and everything was great. I think it was about 8 pm. Last night, around 945, I ordered and something was not right. I asked for a shake and I was told they don't have any, but it was on the menu.
I was given my total for two chicken sandwich meals and I pulled up. There was a car in front of me and I could tell the customer was upset, as she had her fries out the window talking to the drive thru cashier.
It took a long time before she was given her food. After about 20 minutes, I received my food. My chicken sandwich has chicken strips in it and was dry and hard as sheet rock. Seemed old as dirt. Luckily I didn't hear any complaints from my wife about her sandwich, or things would have been worse for me.
Seemed like they started closing before they were actually closed and possibly weren't prepared for customers.
The person before me waited for a receipt about 5 minutes after getting her food. I left without mine, but assure you in not returning to this...
