Some of the worserves I've ever had anywhere. One of the ladies was muttering and saying nasty things under her breath and got into an argument with one of the other ladies who apologize on behalf of the other and it was incredibly unprofessional.
After about 20 minutes of waiting in a line to get my sandwich made which is one of the slowest rates I've ever seen especially considering there was only one other person in there with me, I finally got my sandwich and got my large drink because I like to get multiple refills and I went to the sugar-free Pepsi machine and it was mostly carbonation. Why is it these things are not checked before opening?
Another thing that I let go and didn't say anything about other than I asked politely for them to fix the issue and then I sat down with my sandwich and waited for a little over 20 more minutes watching the entire time to see if anyone ever went over to check to see if that machine was working what the problem was or anything. After 20 minute Mark I finally get up and ask the lady who reprimanded the other one if I could just get a diet Pepsi so I could eat my sandwich, which she said would be fine and I thanked her for that.
Then I sat back down ate my sandwich and continue to watch to see how long it would take for them to show any indication that they were fixing the soda machine as I had still bought a large cup and I still wanted a refilll.
At one point I saw a guy take an empty Pepsi refrigerator through the aisle where they make the food go to the back to do something, I don't know what, then took the emoty refrigerator back out of the store. Was that supposed to mean that he fixed it? I don't know no one ever said anything to me about it.
I stay till the very end that I could stay with my lunch break, having to get back to work, so I went and tried to take a second diet Pepsi because I had no indication that the machine worked now and I definitely didn't get my money's worth with one bottle drink. That's when the lady who had told me previously I could take a diet Pepsi spoke up and said that I had to pay for any other that I got, even though I had bought a large drink and could have gotten a lot more soda with that if I had known the machine was working. She made a big deal of it in front of a lot of customers and that was incredibly embarrassing especially considering how absolutely horrible the service was. I told her that the machine still wasn't working and she claimed that it was full. Maybe that was true I had already thrown my big cup away so I didn't have anything to test that with but this was the last straw. I can put up with a lot but I will never return to this situation The service has been getting increasingly bad while the price is just keep going up. I let the lady know I would not be back and I think I said something about it being a ** show as I stormed out of the door.
It takes a lot I mean a lot for me to make a complaint so that should tell people how bad the situation has gotten there. I think this is actually the first negative review I've ever left...
Read moreI placed on order on the app to be picked up at 3:30 but went there an hour and a half early because I wasn’t sure how long it would take me to take care of some things. When I got there I asked if I could just go ahead and get my subs. I wasn’t being rude or demanding all I did was ask. After several minutes of going back-and-forth about calling my card business to get it canceled the manager made my subs. While making the subs she was cussing and getting an attitude for no reason toward me and my wife which I do not appreciate since considering we are on our honey moon trying to enjoy our time. After getting back to the hotel we opened the subs and it was mostly just bread. Couple of pieces here and there but mostly a bread sub. I do not recommended going there because everyone is rude and hateful. Save your money and go...
Read moreI posted a one star review about my experience. If 0 was an option, that’s what it would’ve been. But I have been getting phone calls from this specific subway since my one star review. If you give them a bad review, they will harass you. I called back and asked why they were calling, and all I got was a nasty attitude. So defensive. Let’s me know they were harassing. Don’t fault the customer for your horrible attitude and service. One of them is pregnant and act as if she doesn’t want to be there. I am sorry but I will NOT show my problems when I am working for the public. They all need retraining. And the way this world is they may need diversity training.
