I rarely eat fast food, but once in a while it is needed because it is SUPPOSED to be FAST. I pulled up to the order speaker right after the car in front of me leaves...... nothing. I wait for about 5 minutes. Another car pulls up behind me so I decide to prod the employees a bit and say "Hello?"..... Nothing. I wait for a few more minutes, and now the guy behind me is getting animated, so I try again with "Hello?" A female answers the speaker in an angry tone and says "Wait just a minute, we are doing shift change." Ok, so I wait for several more minutes. She gets back on and says "What is your order?" Being in a pretty good mood despite this I try and explain I thought the rain may have shorted the speaker which is why I was trying to get their attention. In the middle of this she cut me off and said "Yeah, ok, what's your order." I replied with my order to which she says gives me the cost and says "pull around." I do so thinking her rude and abrupt reply may be a result of her knowing there are cars stacked up due to the "shift change" delay; so I elect to use a card in stead of cash to help speed the process. She hands my card back after running it and says "The receipt paper isn't working so you get no receipt." Annoyed but presenting the picture of patience, I made a joke about it being "one of those days" and she just started at me. Then handed me my meal. I said "Ok, thanks....." nothing in return so I said "Have a great day." To which she replied "Ok, bye." I drove off. The fries were hot and overflowing which was the one highlight. The downside is they were smashing my burger there was one napkin, no salt on the fries or in the bag and no ketchup, nor was I asked if I needed any. I can understand shift change, but it should not inconvenience the customer, IF it does have to, a simple "Excuse me sir, we are having a quick shift change, inconvenient but necessary. I am sorry, we would appreciate your patience with us while we do a hand off so we can serve you better. Thank you." would have been all that was needed as soon as I pulled up to clarify the situation and illicit a positive response from the customer. The bottom line is the management of this establishment is failing terribly. Horrendous customer service is inexcusable. It loses customers. A little training in customer service, and enforcing some discipline would go a long way here. A simple fix for the shift change while customers are in line would be shift change with the oncoming crew quickly and efficiently excluding those dealing with customers, then changing them out as possible with a quick hand off between customers. Read moreI went through the drive-thru window to order food for my children. I advised that I had a coupon. Unfortunately I could not pull it up & I explained to the attendant. She told me that I was wasting their time. I stated if she could be patient with me I was trying to pull the coupon up. I ended up not using the coupon & went on & ordered the food. I pulled up to the window & she asked if I needed any condiments. I advised on what I needed. She handed me the food & still no condiments were placed in my bag. I asked for grape jam & she seemed as if she was irritated. I then advised on how I felt toward the service that I just received by her. I stated that they need to go back for retraining because this is not how you treat the customers. After reaching my destination with my children, I placed their food on plates & noticed the food was not prepared the way I ordered it. One breakfast sandwich was ordered with no cheese but it had cheese on it. Then the sandwiches were smashed and they both were covered in oil. The wrapping paper was transparent with that much oil on them. I finally made it to my job & called them back to let them know about my order. The phone stayed busy. After several attempts and allowing the phone to ring over 15 times, someone answered. I asked for the manager & her reply was speaking. I then asked for her name and stated good morning. I did not hear a reply so I stated hello & good morning several times. The manager to was very rude. After the conversation, she offered to remake the food. I advised that I did not want them to remake my food because of their attitudes. I will never go to this...
Read moreI give this place 1 star because my order and food is the only thing that comes out right. I have never understood when fast food stop becoming "fast food"! This is one of the slowest places I have ever been to. Today was the last straw. It was one vehicle in front of me. I ordered 1 burger. I had to wait 7 min for them to give the vehicle in front of me their food. What sense does that make! Park em!!! I was 1 min from my place of business. That extra 6 min plus the 2 min it took to get my food made a difference to what time I got to work. I even asked why They did not park em. No answer. Just a smart response from look like a manager. They never apologized for anything. I have came here at 6am a few times waiting for it to open to find out it won't open. They were not staffed to open up. I have waited in line 15 min before to get my food. So I decided to go in and not to mention it was one other family in with me, and I had to wait 6 min to be asked for my order. Just shut it down! This is ridiculous!! If it was something closer I would've went to it! But I'll starve next time....
