I am very disappointed with the service provided by this location. I have frequented this location often and have had no issues but this last experience is something that has caused me to write this review and never visit this location again.
I ordered their side "business" Toss'em Wings via Uber Eats and did not realize that this was indeed the same location. The order was said to be delivered between 7:35-7:55 PM by their separate driver. At 8 PM I called them and they said the food was no longer there and on the way. Half an hour goes by, still no food. I call again and the manager ends up getting on the phone. He sounds annoyed speaking to me and tells me there is no way they can track the food once the driver takes it, even though it was a separate courier from Uber Eats. His solution to me is to WAIT another 15-20 minutes and if the food is still not here then they would refund me. This is already after I have waited the determined time and another half hour mind you. While I understand that some things are out of your control, you shouldn't sound annoyed a customer is calling about their food that they have been waiting on for over an hour. There was no apology or empathy and I felt I was being more of a nuisance to him since it was almost closing time.
It is now 9 PM and I still have no food, which at this point I wouldn't even want it. Thankfully Uber Eats is professional and also made a point to refund...

I have been having my food here for the past 2 years almost every week with no issues so far. It looks like the management changed for the bad.
2PM: I ordered two rice bowls for pick up and spoke to Jessica.
3PM: I picked them up and while at work, I was shocked to find there was no rice or beans in the bowl. I called them up to know if the usual portions have changed. A guy said they were sorry immediately and he insisted on offering replacement bowls at 6PM (although I was reluctant to accept it).
6PM: I called up again to confirm the pickup. Jessica picked up the call now. I barely talked and I was insulted over a rice bowl.
Me: Hi... I picked up two rice bowls this afternoon. They didn't have rice and beans in it. I was told to pick up the replacement bowls at 6PM. Jessica: (raises her voice) I am the manager here. I made your the order. I don't think there was less of a rice. IF YOU WANT, YOU CAN ADD THE COMPLAINT TO THE LIST. (Rudely) Good day to you! --She cut the call abruptly----
Actually, I didnt request for a replacement bowl earlier. They insisted on giving me one. Now, They sounded cheap as if I am really struggling to get that free bowl and didnt even mention a sorry.
I am sad to let go of my favorite pick up place just because of the really bad customer...
Read moreWatch out for extra charges on your bill. Got 2 identical taco meals. I did ask for 2 different meats, but a single portion on each taco (2 steak and 1 shrimp), and all of these are on the 3 for $9.50 section of the menu. With guacamole I figured should be low 20s, guy says 29 dollars first so I pull back the card I was extending to him. Then he says "oh, no, it should be lower...26" I pay even though it's a few dollars higher then I estimated, but when I get the reciept, he had charged me 2 different prices for the meals, 10.50 and 11.50, plus an additional charge for the guacamole and the normal taxes. Then when I complain about being charged extra and saying I want to be charged the advertised price, he laughed and said he "has been there for years and nobody ever had a problem with it before." I got loud with him and accused him of stealing since my identical items had different prices and he wised up and gave me my money back because he didn't like the attention it was causing. You shouldn't have to cause a scene to get the price on the sign above the register. I'll never set foot in this...
