Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

Order here yesterday received garbage. Had a dirty knife used to cut my sandwich with sauce that didnt even come with the sandwich when asked to speak to a manager some guy/girl who knows now a day's stated that Domino's doesn't allow them to clean there cutters until four hrs pass seriously that is disgusting and contamination these employees who work there are lazy nasty employees who should not even be working in food period. Have a manager who refuses to give his name so we named him Ben very unprofessional threaten to not refund me and wanted me to trust that he will make my sandwich the right way i do not trust anyone who works at this location this location needs to be shut down agriculture needs to visit this location in top of food inspector s they are filthy and refuse to clean there cutters after every sub they sell. I would never eat shop order from Domino's period due to there lack of professional lack of being cleaned lack of just being human period they're all dirty and wonder why they dont have much of customers they used to have. This monstrosity of a pizza was delivered to me. I did take the only edible piece and give it to my son while I called. The girl who answered the phone was so beyond snappy and rude. She said I could return the pizza for a new one or get a gift certificate. I told her that my 2 yo was eating the piece of pizza and she said I had no choice but to take a gift certificate because he was eating the pizza. Well that doesn’t help us not having edible food for tonight for everyone else. We also have Covid so they couldn’t accept the pizza back anyways and if they would take it back that’s super concerning. My BIL called back after our phone conversation because it’s unacceptable and I’m too sick to even pick up my head and the girl was extremely rude to him as well. This is so consistent with this location. Truly awful service and it always seems like the food is gross. This is the final straw.

We’ve gotten from here multiple times and every single time, the food is done horribly. One time asked for Alfredo sauce on my pizza and received marinara. Another time asked for Alfredo bowls and the Alfredo sauce looked as if it was just dumped into the box and was leaking everywhere. As well as the bread not being cooked fully and still very doughy. Ordered this evening and we asked for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Cut straight down the middle was a knife cut with marinara smeared over the top of the sandwich. Meaning a dirty knife was used to cut the sandwich. Can you say contamination ? “Manager” spoken to claimed per Domino’s rules, knifes cannot be cleaned after every cut.
