Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

I live 3 minutes down the road, I know it is not easy serving the public but...I am there everyday 7 days a week , I always tip every day so 2 days so I speed through the drive thru as I always do I ordered the plain mini bagels (2) filled with cream cheese when I got it home I gave it to my mom I don't do anything cream as she was eating it the cream cheese was either fake or it sat there for quite a while the cheese would not spread, it was breaking up into tiny pieces of crumbles, then today I got two hot coffee's 3 cream 3 equals, every day infact some of the regular girls know what I order but usually every day we get no sugar today at 1:39 pm I got the coffee nearly any sugar, I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side & the bagel is so hard you can barely eat it, it won't break apart & I usually get a corn muffin my muffin I can't even eat it, hard as a rock & it's not even 3 or 4 pm I think I have to go to another Duncan, I LOVE my Duncan coffee & snacks but I waisted money today & right now I am not working so money it tight & NO ONE should have to be subject to verbal abuse especially in the work place, thank god I did not get a job because if some UNprofessional manager treated me like that number 1, I would complain to corporate especially if I was new then I would walk off the job & tell her since you are perfect & such a pro you do it I quit, I know the employees don't get enough training they need more time to practice before they get thrown into a position. Dunks is dunks it’s always hit or miss however waiting in a drive thru for 2 coffees for over a half hour is absolutely ridiculous. And of course, by time you actually get the coffees they’re watered down from the ice melting and taste lack luster. Never ever go here between 9-1 on a weekend you’ll be stuck in line forever. Otherwise, I never have problems with the location and the product is always on par.

UPDATE ; every single time I’ve been to this location since posting this review it’s gotten worse and worse. They ALWAYS forget items ordered, don’t pay attention to special instructions, and the coffee is always trash. Today it was so bad I threw away the full coffee and went to coffee and pi in westborough instead. I will never return to this location. The one in grafton while always just as busy as this one gets you in and out much faster and the food and coffee is always up to...

Easily the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. Mainly because I watched the manager KANDI degrade most of her employees, especially a young gentleman who had said it was only his second day. She singled him out exclusively and degraded him, as well as some others, in front of customers like myself. A nasty tone and a heightened voice was not only distasteful but I left there feeling so very uncomfortable and would never walk back inside. COURTNEY was very calm and kind to me and helped me after waiting over 15 minutes for munchkins. It seems like the manager is having a hard time dealing with the volume and allows a toxic work environment that is on display for all customers to see.
