Do not give this location your money. I tried to call to ask about the app not working after 30 minutes of issues with loading, and was met with a horrible rude woman telling me that it wasn't her problem and she wouldn't help me or tell me what coupons or deals were available off line. She had the worst attitude and I said thank you and decided to try again online. Online still did not work so I called back and spoke with another girl who answered cheerfully until I asked if I could order that I had just called but online isn't working. Then I could hear the woman I spoke to before in the background, tell the girl that "she just called", then said something else I was unable to hear. The girl immediately lied and said "we are closed" and HUNG UP on me!!! WHAT THE HELL kind of customer service is that? (Google said open until 130am, I had been trying to order since 1230am and by this point it was 1am)I have never been treated in such a manner. I tried to call again and she answered again, in her greeting she did not state that they were closed until I said yes, you hung up on me. She stuttered in response claiming they were closed which at this point was irrelevant because I wanted an apology, I said that it was Rude and unacceptable and warned her I'm calling corporate. I never once even had an apology, no apology for the issues online, no sorry we're closed, just WERE CLOSED and hang up on me? That's so disrespectful to a customer. Theses girls have no business in customer service and just didn't want to take the order so close to closing time. The attitude of both of them is disgusting and I have never been so furious and felt so disrespected by a company I was going to pay money to. Get your employees in line Domino's, Sidney Ohio. Read moreWe placed an order on the mobile app and chose store pick up because their delivery trac-record is absurd. So went to the store, they were busy I’ll give them that. But they handed me my order (my fault for assuming they could do their job correctly) got home and it was an entirely different order. Called back and told them we lived to far to come back in, they refused delivery so we chose in store credit. About a week and a half later, I call the store to cash out my credit, and the manager I spoke with that original night apparently didn’t write the info down like expressed. So the young girl who answered the phone (who didn’t know what she was going because she kept placing me on hold to ask someone else) told me she was the manager and she has been there longer than everyone and even she can’t do anything about it. So now I’m out 30-ish dollars for an order that I paid for and they can’t admit when they are in the wrong. Then the young girl said ‘I have to go I have food falling out of my oven’ worst experience ever. Can’t even make the orders correctly and then when confronted about them they refuse to correct the issues. It’s no wonder the other pizza restaurants in town have a higher rating than dominos.
