I ordered here last night and they missed an item but gladly replaced it. No problem there but I didn't notice until it was too late that my pizza was messed up but still edible. Nice lady named Cindy told us that it was too late to fix the pizza but to come back today and to have a new one made with no extra charge didn't sound unreasonable so we agreed. My problem is the fact of when we tried claiming the replacement pizza the people kept hanging up the phone every time we called and gave my mother attitude when I sent her to go get it since I was busy running an errand at the time. I've had nothing but issues with this place over the years and granted it's my fault going back to them but it's not my fault that the one on vandamark road doesn't deliver. I've had pizza arrive with no sauce or no cheese or items constantly missing or the food being entirely wrong and one time I ordered I had $100 and the food was around $50 instead of giving my fiance time to tell them what their tip was supposed to be they ran off with the rest of my money and when I called the store it took them 3 hours to get the driver to bring my money back and I ended up revoking their tip because of it since I was understandably furious. I will not be ordering from here anymore and I will be doing carryout from the Vandamark Road address since they never fail to deliver on good food...
Read moreWe eventually got the situation handled. Only because we stayed on top of it. Long story stort. My sister and i decided to have a pizza and movie night with our 7 children. We called and ordered. Was quoted $60 and some change for all of it including taxes and delivery. Before the food was even on the way my card was charged $73 something. I call back and no one would answer. I continued to call back repeatedly until i got anyone. The lady who took my order and quoted me refused to answer. So i got another lady to give me her name and info and corporates number. I called corporate and made a complaint. They apologize. I was assured me they would have they're higher ups get to the bottom of this complaint and they would refund me our money within 48-72 hours. After 72 hours i checked the account and only 10 was issued back. So we stopped by the store since nothing i was promised had happened. The manage at the store had heard nothing of this matter considering she should have been notified immediately. But she did good by use and handled it above and beyond. If it wasn't for us she wouldn't have none about all that was going on under her nose at her store with her employees and if it wasn't for her and what all she done to fix the situation we wouldn't ever go back to pizza hut. When I have ordered the Same thing multiple times and had it delivered tell me that u can't do it is Bs but to try to force me repeatedly to order more than I want and extra food that would just go to wait then put me on for over 20mins then when I hang up to call back only to tell me ur closed when u don't close to 11 just to get out severing is also B's. As a fast food worker I would like to say understand that nobodys perfect that mistakes do happen took screen shots to prove my case I didn't cuss or anything.
