My advice to the Pehalwan Dhaba owners is to either stop their work or respect it and prepare the food with complete cleanliness and give it to the truck drivers because we are not buying this food for free, we are buying it with money and we come with the expectation of good food and this is what I would request either stop this work or do it with good respect, do it with complete cleanliness and wash every thing before using it.

You should conduct pest control every week and take full care of food safety.

I bought a butter chicken from this Pahalwan dhaba that had cockroaches in it and I paid the full $16 for it. When I went to eat it in the truck, I was very sad to see a cockroach in it and I found their service very bad.

Pretty good food and nice people. They marked the menu with all the items they had available, and they were really nice explaining any questions I had. Make sure you order plain rice with anything you want it with because it is sold separately. They allowed me to sit down inside the building to hide from the icey wind and brought in my food when they finished. Their Masala Tea was hot and delishious and all food was hot and fresh. They left utensils, yogurt sauce, seasoned red onions, and napkins in the bag for me with my food. When I left, I had forgotten my wallet inside, one of the guys ran all the way across to the Loves to chase me down to give me back my wallet. Really nice people.
