So, I ordered on the Jack in the Box app and I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order. The worker at the drive thru window promoted me to pull around up front, so I pulled around up front. I didn't know that the worker meant literally up front. I pulled into a parking space near the front. The worker clearly knew what vehicle I was driving and knew my face. They didn't just ask me to pull up front as I pulled up to the window, she made a point to say she was making sure I did not receive lettuce on my sandwich.
I go to park and I waited literally 30 minutes and still didn't receive my order. They were bringing orders out to other people and even though I might not have parked directly out front because I didn't know that that's what they meant because it appeared that it was difficult for vehicles to get around had I leterally parked in the front, I pulled into a parking space. No worker brought my order out to me and the worker that promted me to pull up front, went out to throw trash out with another worker passing by my vehicle and my window was down, she clearly saw me.
I called my bank and put in a claim and let them know what happened. My bank said that they don't even have to ask Jack in the Box for an explanation. They said that is grounds for triple my money back, however that they can't legally do that. Anyhow, this was not cool.
One of my brothers works for Jack in the Box and has worked for Jack in the Box for over 10 years. I tell him all the time when I come across things like this. I had a problem with a Jack In The Box in Tucson where I ordered tacos and I literally ordered about 20 tacos and I ordered extra cheese. Some of them didn't come with any taco sauce and some of them didn't come with any cheese even though I ordered extra cheese.
The Shift Supervisor put me down on the list to have my order remade for free because of it as they said they have new employees and evidently they are being careless and apologized stating they'd be having a word with the new workers. That's true...
Read moreThere's two Jack in the Boxes around here and somehow we keep mistaking this for the good one. First check my other reviews so you all can see I try to give great reviews. If you don't want to work dont apply at a place thats open 24 hours, weirdly I make the mistake of assuming the food will be just as good late at night (ya know like advertised) as it is during the day, it is not. When they use the "cash only" as a deterrent because why have customers when you can just pull that and not work at all? Cool, called the bluff and went and found an atm and came back, food was smashed and tasteless, got a double jack and an ultimate jack that TOGETHER were smaller than a McDonald's kids cheeseburger, everything was old, patties were burnt from sitting out (not saying thats policy just worth noting), fries were trash, the only thing good was the large Sprite. Oddly if I spend $30 on food I'd like to be able for everyone to eat the whole $30 and not have to toss half of it. I could leave so much more, but honestly this stuff never changes anything. Just know of the two Jacks around, you have the bad one. Hopefully I can come back at a later time and edit this to be...
Read moreI've had goods and bads with this place, the food is usually just fine. But there have been multiple accounts where I had food missing after going through the drive through (mind you there is never a line as I go here after work after midnight when I do eat here)
Every other time I'm missing at least one food item or something is wrong with my order. There was also an instance where I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no response even though they were clearly open, as there was a car outside and I saw someone inside. I'll also add that Google said that location was open for another few hours as well. The real kicker is as I was giving up and leaving, another car pulled in and had their order taken instantly!
If you can I would recommend going to the location by the Sierra Vista mall. I've never had issues at that one.
You would honestly get more business closing this location and giving the location at the...
