McDonald's — Restaurant in Sierra Vista

February 11th, 2023 at approx 10:15AM I ordered a #2 breakfast meal. breakfast egg McMuffin looked as if though it was dropped and they just put back together and gave it to me like that. The young lady at the window hands me my coffee and damn near fell in my truck because they failed to place the lid on correctly. Her attitude was negative from the start and upon request of my refund and returning that unsat meal to them, the kind manager offered to make it up to me. I kindly declined because why would I want the same individuals to serve me another meal. yeah.... NO. This location is byfar the worst McDonald's ever. You guys really take the award for the worst customer service ever. Just burn the whole thing down and start over.

if I could give this establishment a negative (-5) stars I would. your workers in the morning shift are incompetent, despite having given them the benefit a week ago perhaps for being new workers. But who ever is in charge and owns this spot needs to train these employee's right. your workers have failed to do their jobs, yet again. last week I asked for a medium orange juice and they gave me a small cup and after asking if thats their medium he blaintly said yes, and it wasn't. Today I asked for a number 3 breakfast and they gave me someone else's order in the drive thru. so we head back and park, and get off and go inside to request the correct order. Mind you it's #3 it's a bacon and egg biscuit. Your employee hands me a sausage egg biscuit. and at this point I didn't realize that till I unwrapped the sandwich on my way home. Your location needs employees who actually give a damn and whom actually know what they are doing. Not hire incompetence!!!! and...

Normally this place would get 4 stars from me. Fast, courtious service, food always taste as it should. Except last night 03/08/18 approximately 8:30pm pull up to drive threw and waited for them to ask me for my order. 4mins pass, I holler into intercom. Wait , no reply. Wait 2 more mins, nothing! I pull up to 1st window, 2 employees that I can see right inside window but they won't look at me. I honk my horn one female looks at me says nothing! I ask out loud because window is closed "are you open" she nodds yes. I ask "is drive threw working" she knows yes. I say "so should I go back to intercom" she knows yes. So I back up. At this point 5 cars in other drive threw are stacked up 2 more behind me. Now it's been 10mins and nothing no contact as to a problem or whatever the issue is. At this point 7 cars upset just left. I pull up to 1st window again honk I'm just ignored then pull up to 2nd window honk once again ignored! I leave drive 3 up Rd to Jack-in-box buy food threw drive threw leave and drive past this place on way home and same car that was behind me is still at intercom with thier door open and no sign of employees. It was a Sunday the 18th of September at about 10:00 in the morning I waited 30 minutes in line in the Drive-Thru even before I place my order, I finally placed my order paid for it got to the window and this young punk kid tells me I have to pull forward and wait for my two bacon egg and cheese biscuits I said to him "I've been waiting in line for 30" minutes just to place the order and he says" so is everybody else" "I told him I'm not moving this car I want what I ordered," his attitude was disrespecting, he finally came up with it a couple seconds later I see the lady that was parked next to me in the Drive-Thru and she's waiting for her order in the Drive-Thru waiting area and I'd ask her what she's waiting for and she says her food would have taken a minute but she was waiting there 10 minutes already I will not be going back to this b* restaurant the service is terrible and nobody should have to wait through a drive-thru for over 30 minutes just to place the order I will not be coming back and will not recommend this ridiculous worthless inept...
