My husband and I got an email introducing the new cravings pack so we decided to go try them. We went through the drive thru an asked for 3 cravings packs w/crunchy tacos and the 5 layer burritos only to be told these are not available at this store. We were told they are only available at corporate stores. What?? So we ordered 3 12 pack of crunchy tacos. We were told our bill was $56 and change. When we got to the window I asked why the website says they have the cravings packs? The woman again told us they are not available. We said no problem but voiced our opinion that it felt like a bait and switch deal. The woman proceeds to tell my husband how much the order is again and he hands her his credit card. She runs the card and it declines not because we don’t have money but because our bank is doing an awesome job protecting our money. My husband let her know it must be a security issue and let her know he just needs to click on the alert that was sent to his phone. The manager steps up to the window and rudely tells my husband he needs to pull forward. Again he tried to explain it’s a simple fix, she again rudely tells him to pull forward as she has other food that needs to go out. We pulled forward and waited and nothing. I finally walked back up to the window and asked for his credit card back as she had kept the card? We then went back through the drive thru. When asked for our order we let them know we had already ordered and just wanted to pay and pick up our food. They retried the card which went through with no problem. Surprise! The employee hands a small box to my husband on a tray he asked what’s that? She said the chalupa box you ordered. He responded by letting her know that’s not what he ordered and let her know he ordered 3 12 packs of crunchy tacos. The manager OLIVA did apologize at this point and stated that was her mistake. She asked if we wanted it or wanted refunded? We of course said refund. She then asked would you like cash or a refund back to your card. We asked for it to be refunded back to the card. Manager OLIVA with attitude asked if we wanted the food order refunded and we could leave? I asked if she was denying us service? Manager OLIVA let us know she is a manager and has that right. I said really we have done nothing wrong, I said peoples credit cards decline all the time due to security. I asked manager OLIVA for her corporate office number. At first she said just a moment and then declined to give me the number and told me I could look it up on the web.
I just want to say We don’t normally eat at Taco Bell (which is why the card declined in the first place) and after the service manager OLIVA gave us we will NEVER return!

The current “manager” Is so beyond rude I cannot even begin to put it into words. All I’m gonna say is I’ve been to this Taco Bell over 50+ times to pick up my order and or had orders delivered to me and never once was I told that I have to wait at the counter to place my order when I already placed it 10 minutes ago online…. Then as the “manager” Who isn’t even older than 20 years old proceeds to tell me this in the most belittling and childish way treating me as if I’m a five-year-old child, I calmly say, please don’t speak to me that way. There’s no reason to yell at me or belittle me. She then takes her gloves off and has me trespassed Because I defended myself… As I’m leaving, I’m trying to plead my case which I shouldn’t even have to do when I’m just trying to pick up my order and she’s threatening to call the cops on me…. I have been to restaurants all across Florida and all across the country and I’ve never been trespassed from a single property of any kind… This person was so out of line. It’s not even funny and I will no longer be going to this Taco Bell, except for tomorrow when I go to speak to a different manager, and if I have the same type of experience trying to plead my case tomorrow, I am calling corporate save your money go to Tijuana Flats, which is in the same exact parking lot.
I never write reviews about anything, but at the time of writing this, whoever the girl is at the window with the dreadlocks in the brown hair, needs to be fired immediately this place used to be really good to go to in the staff is to be really friendly now she just constantly rushes my order before I can even get a word out. Has no customer service skills I get it we’re all working, but you don’t always have to sound like you’re being tortured…. And when I get to the window she’s the most unfriendliest person in the world just throwing your food that you even when I smile and say have a good day, she doesn’t even say a word slams the window…. Read moreThis is the worst Taco Bell.I've ever been to in my life.I was literally trespassed from the store for sitting down and wating for my food like I do every time I go there for my DoorDash pick up. I walk up t the couner no one acknowledges me sp I go sit in a chair and wait for my food like i do every time i go here. Then the irate Little manager who's probably Not even 20 years old starts screaming at me from behind the counter that I'm supposed to stand at the counter and give them my order. So they can start making it. I did DoorDash pick up and I drove almost 10 minutes to the location. How is my food not ready when I'm the only person there at midnight? This is the first time I was told this news and on top of that, the way she tells me, she is screaming at me from across the Taco Bell like im her child. Im the only person there if I had other customers in there, they would be backing me up that she was out of line.. I've been to hundreds of restaurants through my life across the world and have never been trespassed from any single one of them ever until tonight all because the manager had to have an attitude and when I calmly said please don't yell at me. She proceeds to get more irate. And then trespass me from the store and proceeds to threaten to call the cops on me. She needs to be fired right now. I am calling corporate first thing in the morning. I have spent hundreds of dollars going to this taco and doordashing from them. I'm never ordering or getting delivery from this taco bell location no longer, and I suggest you heed my warning before the manager threatens the cops on you for waiting for your food...never been arrested before and im almost arrested over taco bells crappy...
