Everything was perfecttttttt!!Sooooooo i finally got to eat at CARSONS by chef Adam Glenn. and I just want to say it surpassed all the things I expected of it! And my expectations were high!! I've always loved adams work he is really taking fine dining to another level in this little town!! And his wife Carole is just the sweetest! Everything we had was so fresh. My love for food and cooking makes me pretty critical about my food but they hit every mark ! All the way down to the drinks! I had a mixed berry martini and it was seriously the best martini I ever had!! The bartenders know what they are doing!!! Those ladies are doing there thing for sure!! We had an incredible dinner. Carson’s was an impressive experience. The atmosphere was welcoming as the server referred to by our names. That made a strong impression prior to eating our meal. Once our meal arrived, the taste was positively exquisite. Everything was well prepared and flavorful. I highly recommend the beef tenderloin with cheese ravioli. My husband ordered the beef tenderloin and it was cooked perfectly. We ordered the chocolate chip bread pudding and it was to die for. Our drink were great and unique. What a total waste of money. They say it's a real chef in the kitchen but I couldn't tell by the taste of my food. $60 for seafood paste with supposed tiger shrimp and crab meat. I only saw 2 small 1/2 inch portions of crab meat and the shrimp were overcooked with no taste. Also ordered some type of grilled watermelon which it was stale tasting with one strawberry cut up and about 3 cherry tomatoes for $20 something dollars.
