Rally's — Restaurant in Sikeston

My experience at this Rallies was beyond unsatisfactory.. After ordering our food through the drive-through we waited in line for an hour before our food was given to us. Once we received it it was 50% wrong ice cold and had hair in it.. I went inside for refund I asked for a manager I told the manager that I wanted a refund because my food was ice cold 50% wrong and that she could have her hair back . She looked at me and told me I'll be with you in just a minute. I told told her that she wasn't taking another second of my time. That's when she chose to ignore me and make me wait another 5 minutes before wal0king over to me for my refund. I tried handing my debit card back to her for the refund and she told me she didn't need my debit card for the refund. Then she went over to the drive-through and was trying to enter all of our food in for a refund. She took probably 5 minutes trying to put our order in there and then my wife came in wonder what was taken so long at that point I hear that manager saying she's about to lose it up in here so I had to remind her who the customer was and that we were the ones that waited an hour for our food in the drive-through and not jusr food but cold food with hair in it . Understandably that aggravated me so I had to remind her who the customer was. At that point she called the cops on me because she says I was being irate. In the end she couldn't figure out how to give my refund back the cops did come and now I am band from going to that Rally's for simply asking for a refund and dealing with her attitude about it. I blows my mind on how some people can aggravate some one with their unprofessional attitude with me getting upset rightfully so but then turn around and make themselves the victim. Thumbs...

If you get a cheeseburger, I'd get a double cheeseburger. Its on me for forgetting to get a double, but in the end it tasted nice, its a burger it does it's job. Food is always great. The burgers at Rally's arent worthy of hate, I ate it. The fries are great as advertised at Rally's. The service here was alright, they gave my grandpa a veteran discount, so thats great. I cant really find much critisism of the rally's here, and this was my first time at this one. My only critisism was that we were waiting at the order box for a bit, and it mightve been they were just quiet and we didn't hear them, I thought I heard something. And we were waiting at the place to get our stuff and pay for a bit of a time, but, it's to be expected. And there wasn't much ketchup or onion on my burger, but, that's alright. It tasted nice. It was overall a good experience, and there wasn't a big line. I would reccomend this for fries, I dont know of better...

Not my fav. It seems like every time we go we have a issue with our meal. Mind you I live 30 mins from this restaurant so if I don't check before I leave an I get all the way home then I'm either not eating or I'm driving another hour to correct it. Last time I was here I was told that it's usually just 2 workers in there working so I understand things get crazy. I don't understand why they don't hire other employees. The wait is ALWAYS long. Then even after u wait forever to order u usually wait forever for your food. Their parking is ridiculous since they aren't a dine in restaurant they have maybe 5 parking places for employees. But when u are waiting for your order your just sitting waiting in the middle of the drive thru. An it's just very nerve racking. An ALL of their food taste the same an I'm pretty sure funnel cake fries an chicken aren't supposed to...
