Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Silsbee

I am here now I ordered 2 SuperSonic Jalapeño Double Cheeseburgers, 2 Large Fries a Large Banna Shake "No Whip Cream on Top" well needless to say the Large cup ain't full, and I've asked for a spoon and larger straw I'm still waiting!!! And it's like shake is supposed to be Fresh Banana it's like liquid not a shake.. the burgers and fries are great. But when I order a shake I'm not ordering a melted shake. See photos.. So it is 07/14/2023 and I decided to go back to the Silsbee Tx location!! "MISTAKE" I order a Jalapeño Double combo large size with a route 44 cherry Limeade! 1st the drink has more ice than liquid get home put straw in, and 5 sips later nothing but ice, 2nd birthday popcorn chicken, it was hard not hot or fresh, like it was sitting off to sude waiting for the next victim. 3rd let's talk boyt their fries, 🤔🤔🤔🤔 they are never hot always soggy not crisp. 4th the burgers poorly put together like who ever made em is just there for the little paycheck, cause they'd rather be their than at home doing chores.. there is never any care from anyone working at the Silsbee Tx location that make the orders. I have literally been going to the Buna Tx location for my sonic fix. However I thought I'd give my local location another shot!! FAILED I won't be back!!! Except to get my last order made FRESH and the issue corrected. I mean now say days $26.43 is $26.43 and dam sure expect my order to be hot & fresh and I'm given everything I ordered. I wouldn't recommend the Silsbee Tx location...

So I ordered a junior breakfast Burrito from Silsbee Texas off and 96. They brought out eggs that were totally disgusting and very obvious the grill had not been cleaned. I requested a nother order on the breakfast burrito. Once again they brought out the nasty greasy eggs. I then proceeded to call about the order and "Natasha" took attitude and did nothing to resolve the matter. I later put up a review... Shortly there after Kevin, I assume was the manager from Silsbee Tx sonic off of 96..He calls and said the order will be refunded, which was nice of him. I appreciate him reaching out, but the money was not the issue the condition of their grill and the food that was being served off that grill was the issue. Unfortunately Kevin must not be very experienced and did not seem to think there was anything wrong with the condition the grill was In, but did say he would go back and take another look! Needless to say I do not think I will be stopping at the Silsbee establishment again on my way in or out of town from visiting my grand children! If they think that the condition of the gril is acceptable.. Makes me cringe, if the grill was that dirty I wonder what Condition the rest of the cooking area...

Ordered bacon sandwich, mayo, extra bacon, no lettuce, with tomatoes and pickles. I received a sandwich with two tomato slices and two pickle slices only...NO BACON! Ordered lemon berry slush and was told they did not have lemon berry slashes. I thought odd sice I bought one every week. I ordered a lemonade slush with strawberries...no strawberries in glass. Onion rings ok. When waitress arrived at my car, I commented on the lemonberry slush...she stated WE MAKE THOSE. She took my glass, went back in and brought out my perfect drink. I thanked and tipped her. Got home at 7:15 pm and realized my sandwich...no bacon. Called Sonic and spoke with a man.. Told him story and said please take my name down,, I would get another sandwich the next day. He was rather blunt and wanted to know if I had a receipt. I just managed to get in house during tornado weather and guessed I left in car. He was silent. I was so mad, I told him forget it. Lost my business over a few...
