Whataburger — Restaurant in Silsbee

Over the years I've noticed a trend where McDonald's, Sonic, Jack In the Boxes etc. full sized or flagship hamburgers are getting smaller or about the size of what used to be kids meal burgers & along the way there prices keep going up. Take McDonald's Bic Mac. You get 3- 4 inch buns and 2- 4 inch hamburger patties that are the same size as there small cheese burgers for about $5. For $0.99 you can get a double cheese burger with the same 4 inch patties with only the middle bun missing. Now with Wataburger you still get the big flagship burger that's on a 6 inch bun with 6 inch patties and yes the price has gone up over the years but your still getting that full sized burger they've been making for years and not a Slider for $5. Wendy's and Burger King are also 2 great places you can get the same full sized burger that they're famous for. Price has gone up here as well but the cost of living as gone up on everything. With Wataburger, Wendy's and Burger King your still getting the same full sized burger they've been making for years. I would rather pay a little more for a full sized burger than pay a higher pricer for what amounts to...

At the drive thru, today, April 10th at 4:45. I don't know the kid who was working at the window but he was absolutely ridiculous. Couldn't take our order after trying 4 times. A lady had to come on the intercom and do it for him. He was completely rude. Got to the window he started shoving drinks at me that weren't closed all the way. Were spilled all down the sides, soaking wet. Wouldn't give me paper towels even when he saw me struggling with the drinks going everywhere. Then he wanted to say "excuse me" like I said something to him, rudely, scarily, and told me to just pull up to the spot as he rudely mumbled and walked away. Oh, and the order was almost completely wrong. 1 burger out of 4 meals was right. Absolutely horrible. This child does not need to be working with the public if he can't do it and wants to get an attitude with customers for their mistakes. We will drive to Lumberton before we ever come back to...

I literally had to wait FOREVER to get my food. I was the first car in line and they had me waiting for like 10 minutes before they would take my order at the drive thru menu. When I got to the window I sat there even longer... I had already listened to half FGL's new album which has 19 tracks on it before I got my food and that's really long. It was the most unnecessary wait ever. I seen cars behind me stack up and leave the line. I would've left too but I had already paid at the window. The worst part is I seen employees sitting around doing nothing while one person worked. This employee probably had so much on her mind, she got my stuff wrong. I asked for 6 ketchups and she only gave me 4 for 2 meals but that's okay. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the food is amazing. The wait on the other hand, they could care less if you're left there waiting...
