Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Ordering online is great! Picking up your order, however, not so much. I go in to pick up my order and there is one person standing at the counter on the phone. Taking someones order, I'm sure. So I stand and wait. A few more customers come in while I'm waiting to be helped. Another Domino's employee comes to the counter and asks the people for their order ignoring the fact I've been standing there for 5 min while the employee in front of me has been on the phone. The employee on the phone has not said one word to me. No, "we'll be right with you." The new costumer humbles them self and picks up their order. I don't say anything (being a polite person) thinking the "phone employee" will say, "this customer was here first" before the next customer is helped. Nope! The employee starts asking the next person what they can help them with. So I stick my hand up and say "excuse me but, I've been standing here." The employee gives me a "I don't believe you look" and takes my order. Very poor...

Placed order for delivery. Checked order in app and it said “completed”. I did not ask to have it left at my door but I checked anyway and nothing. I called the store and guy tells me ya it was delivered, I say no it wasn’t. He then says Oh they tried to deliver it but couldn’t get in the building so they left. But they tried to call you. (I had no missed calls). They then said they could bring it back (didn’t even offer to make it fresh) then I specifically tell the guy on the phone hey the gate code is #4415 if he needs it. The guy shows up again and calls and says he can’t get in cause he doesn’t have a code and I need to come down and get it lol. I gave him the code again and he reluctantly agreed to bring it to me. Ordered online for delivery, as we have many times before. The experience this time though was bad and we won't be ordering here again. Instructions on order said to ring doorbell but the delivery person knocked, never ringing the bell. Luckily my husband had just come in from walking the dog so heard him. Not a big deal but would be better if they listened to customer requests a little closer. The food though is was what got us. The pizza was just gross. The jalapeños tasted old, and it was greasy, in an unappetizing way. The boneless chicken was cold and chewy and the cheesey bread was overcooked and didn't have any marinara sauce. We called to ask about the sauce and we're told they only give marinara for breadsticks, which I've never heard, there's always been one in the box and if we wanted another we would pay.
