Food quality has dropped slightly. overly sauced burgers / sandwiches even when "regular" amount is ordered chewy chicken in grilled chicken on days when they aren't so busy, feels "reheated"

Service has taken biggest hit: Yesterday I went to pick up an online order from inside the store. The person behind the counter saw the bag, called my name, I responded with, "oh, that's me". She put the order back on the shelf, and pointed to where I should pick it up myself. Mind you, the shelf is behind the counter, and she put it on the furthest back end. I had to reach over the counter into their work space to get my order.

Not sure what it is, but customer service has just been going downhill. If you are having a bad day, don't spew your negative energy in a space where my food is prepared. Treating everyone with respect IS part of the job.

Previous 5-star Review: Consistent food, great service and best onion rings ever. Love their grilled chicken sandwich. I like getting it on a seeded bun with grilled onions. Sometimes I swap the teriyaki sauce for mustard and mayo. Doesn't matter how I order it, it is ALWAYS yummy. The onion rings are probably the best I've ever had, always crispy, and the onion is cooked perfectly. You Know how sometimes when you bite into an onion ring and the whole onion piece comes out and all you are left with is the batter ring in your hand? Well that NEVER happens with these ones. The breading is crunchy, and the oil they use is fresh! None of that old oil taste - thank goodness. I wish I could write about more items, but I pretty much have that as my set menu... and ... I've had it for back to back meals - yup same day, and multiple days in a row - and I will continue to go back over...

First time visit. I've been wanting to check one out but never made the time. Very easy menu to navigate. I assume this business has history in Santa Barbara. There was a sign on the wall mentioning the area. Also, a burger is named the same. I chose that one. Two patties of meat, avocado. The patties were a little thinner than I like, making it more equivalent to maybe a McDonald's quarter pounder as far as the meat comparison. Not the whole sandwich. The bread is a brioche style. Buttered, so it makes it seem greasy. Overall, quality and flavor were better than expected. Fries were fresh and hot. I would like to try their sweet potato fries and onion rings next time. Probably get a regular cheese burger to get a comparison. They offer two lemonade versions, which I thought were good. I like the strawberry- lime better than the mango-orange. I have visited this store twice. and dinning in, today the fries where over cooked and just warm .they gave me another order, but still over cooked i personally like and the cooks a the Santa Barbara store best .you can really taste the difference. 5/15 this is my 4th visit to this location, I thought third times a charm , well the new manager greeted me as I walked in I ordered one of my favorite barbeque chicken salad, I requested extras , I sat down I could see the place was much cleaner, the salad was fantastic, #10 I was totally impressed since my last few visits I spoke the new female manager, and told her of my previous meals of not so good , she explained shes new at this location, you can definitely see she made a impact on the service and the quality of food...
