Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Simi Valley

The taste of the food is pretty good in general. I always choose Jack in the Box over other fast food chains, because the prices are good and the food is tasty. However, some of their promotional items are changed and the employees don't tell you nor the company. Like the FanFav today did not have cheese sticks and marinara sauce. I did not want stuffed jalapenos and churros as a replacement. So just ask before ordering what the "promotional items" have so you do not end up disappointed. They also discontinued the decaf coffee, I have to go somewhere else to get it, so I can enjoy their delicious breakfast jumbo platter. It is sort of an almost too good, but with some set backs or Sorry but Not-Sorry. They also discontinued the Munchies now for months. I think the company should do a survey of items that the public would like back or to stay, and forget about the bloody promotional items. Going there has been unpredictable and you should know that. Items get changed, disappear or get replaced...

Been going here for years, sometimes 2 times a week Usually gentleman take my order but this time a woman was on the speakerphone taking my order and she argued with me over my order... The same order I get every time. She also made clear sounds of exasperation and was annoyed I was even there. Either BLATANT SEXISM or just a poor quality worker. It has also been reported to corporate in a detailed report. Beyond inappropriate.

The woman was taking orders at this time needs training, or to be closely supervised by her superior. I will not be going to this location for a looooooooong time. Hopefully when I come back staffing changes are made. Don't respond to me unless you have taken action....
