I just had the worst experience I've ever had in one of your stores. I ordered 2 sandwiches thru the app. I ordered a # 33 Teriyaki Blitz and a Rotisserie Chicken sandwich. I paid $1.50 extra for extra meat on both. The Chicken sandwich was correct for the most part. The #33 however doesn't even come close. The application said it would be ready at 6:15 pm west coast time. I walked in at about 6:17 pm. Neither sandwich had been made yet, then as he was making the # 33 he got it wrong. When I noticed him getting ready to do the veggies I saw there was not enough meat I asked about it. Then he wanted to argue with me until I showed him the receipt I had on my app. Instead of trying to correct the mistake. He asked if I still wanted it, I told him to just finish it, he didn't even try to correct the meat issue, he put the veggies on and wrapped it. My wife's Rotisserie Chicken the mest wasn't warmed up which we found out when my wife took a bite, he also forgot the avocado. Again instead correcting the mistake he put half an avocado in bag and put it with the sandwiches. Seriously this one Subway is enough to make me not go to any of the other locations. I will not be going back to this and will instead go to the one across town. Please find also a picture of the receipt and the sandwich ( if it can be called that). Finally when I adked about the credit $1.50 for the extra meat he said I needed to contact corporate. So here we are. We are usually subway fans, but sorry to say that the lady at the counter was showing so much of attitude 🙄 may be she was having a bad day, but she should learn not to show it on the customers. Her complaint was that I was going too fast while ordering, and she was very rude, even telling me not to tap on the glass while ordering. She claims herself as the Manage, but she doesn’t display any qualities of a manager or doesn’t know how to be polite or display professionalism with customers. Their coupon machine was not working as well and when I confirmed that with her, she was getting agitated for no reason. Terrible service and I would never go back to this...
Read moreEdit Update: What a terrible place this has been lately. We've ordered from here before and noticed that some of the staff has attitude. Last night we went to order at 8:15, 45 minutes before they were supposed to close, and the girl at counter says, "we ran out of bread" and continued to clean up. When asked if they gad anything else she said no we're closed. Two food delivery drivers came in and made pick ups during the discussion! The girl just had a horrible attitude, like before!
