Starbucks — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Me and my girlfriend went to this Starbucks for two iced coffees. No whip cream, no toppings or anything, just iced coffee. Both of our drinks had curdled milk and what looked like sand at the bottom of our drinks. We went back to have them remade. When we get in there the drive through is practically empty and the inside of the store is empty. We go up to the counter and are actively ignored for a couple minutes until a girl came up reluctantly to ask what we needed. We showed her the drinks and even she looked grossed out and asked if we got oat milk or any add ins and we said no.

The next drink that is remade also has curdled milk at the bottom, and the other one was entirely the wrong order (when they had both original drinks right there to go off from) I was as polite as I could be considering they did not want to speak to us and I asked why there is curdled milk at the bottom. They all ignored me and my question except for one woman who told me that is normal. Don’t think I’ll ever come here again. Just lit $12 on fire...

Oh my gosh Matthew is out of control rude. I just got yelled at by the man and the other employees looked horrified. I won't be back to this store and recommend if anything does not go right here just accept it will not be made right by any means. Too bad since the drive thru is convenient. But they recently built another one over on Stearns across from the excellent In N Out Burger. Feed two birds with one scone and skip any interaction...

Love coming to this location cause it’s so close to home, but every single time we ask for an Iced Blonde VANILLA Latte they ALWAYS leave the vanilla out. My sister comes and always gets the same drink and the people that know her add the vanilla for her, why is it hard to get the order correct after being clear on the order. Can definitely be better at listening to clear...
