Rock & Roll Pizza @ Harley's Valley Bowl — Restaurant in Simi Valley

I will try to leave my emotions out and just state the facts: We went there for a comedy event (6 people). 3-4 female dark haired servers, all stuck behind the bar, chitchatting. I had to walk up after 15 min and interrupt to ask if someone can come to our table to order.

Drinks took about 20 min. Wings for my friend came out fast. My pizza took over an hour. My friends pizza took 1,5 hours, she was not even hungry anymore.

We never got asked if we want another drink. We were there for 2 hours and would have probably drank 3 drinks each if we could have had service. But they were too busy behind the bar, talking so loud that we barely heard the comedians.

We had to walk up to the bar again to ask if we can pay and she finally came back to our table.

My friend asked to pay in cash, the request was ignored. Then she suddenly showed up with a drink we did not order and asked if that was ours. Well, we would have want one an hour ago, not after the event ended. If you want to run the place in the ground - that's how you do it - employ 4...

The food here is really delicious! it was a very nice surprise. We had originally bought a groupon to use at a different location and were sad to hear it had closed. Rock & Roll pizza is located inside a bowling alley and does offer private seating (so you aren't forced to watch people bowl). The pizza was massive, thin, perfectly cooked, and the cheese had a really great flavor. The wings were cooked perfectly! however the salad was lacking a bit of flavor, maybe it needed some parm cheese and black pepper. The customer service was really attentive as well. I took a star off because I feel like they could make little improvements in their atmosphere and maybe put pepper/cheese on each table instead of just one pepper container on cashier table.
