Well simpsonville Dunkin dounuts today has had a massive walk out all employees at this location have resigned from this location due to new district management under the name Luther has payed new hires at another location with worse service $4 more than the Store manager at simpsonville that does just as much work as Laurenâs the crew has been working without days off nor have they ever been payed holiday pay for federal holidays nor has Luther given them help this team has been burned out over and over again just to let you be aware the employees make between $10-$13 where other locations make 16.50 starting pay this is a down right insult and disrespect to the other locations that also work hard for this franchise under District management Luther oh yeah by the way the General manager at this location had two heart attacks working at this dunking doing doubles 5 days out of the week and 65 years old along with Barbara they and jasmine have held this location down single handily so being paid the wages that they are Iâm surprised with these conditions alone they have stayed so long ashamed to be...

After repeating my order 3 times at the ordering station they still got it wrong then tried to make me feel dumb by telling me they never had the drink that I have ordered in the past from not just that location but many countless others. Instead of making it right the girl proceeds to get an attitude and walk to the back. The manager not much help either so of course the staff would not be much better. Once the refund was given they all expect one person who had just clocked in stays at the front and everyone âforgetsâ my one more drink that was ordered.
