I booked an appointment for my neck, sideburns, chin, and upper lip to be waxed. Everything went ok. Except upper lip. I went about 20 hours ago (2pm) and I noticed that my lip was still stinging after the waxing. When I first checked in the bathroom it wasn’t really red at all. When I looked in the car mirror to check and it was SUPER red. It got extremely bad in a series of minutes. I think the wax peeled off my skin? It stung so badly. I applied a cold compress and it didn’t really help. It hurts to eat, smile, and laugh. It took forever to get to sleep because of the constant burning. Maybe I just have really sensitive skin but I wouldn’t recommend getting upper lip done… my mom called back and the people at the front desk said it would go away in 24hrs. It’s been almost 24hrs and it hasn’t gone away, it is still stinging. I’m glad that I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow for other reasons but I definitely won’t ever get my upper lip waxed again. Edit: This was like 2 years ago and they’re just getting back to me NOW? This is ridiculous. Honestly, looking back this could’ve been a lawsuit because it hurt for WEEKS. Don’t come here, they do not care about your health at all. I should’ve been MUCH more harsh in this review because later that day I fainted and I’ve quite literally never done that in my life. I was about 13 when I got this done, and I was discussing it with my mom and she had said that she actually called the front desk several times before they picked up. When they did they said they would refer us to the lady who did it and it took about a week before we got a hold of her....

My name is Autumn I’m posting off my husbands account. I left there not even 10 min ago. I went in for my eyebrows since where I normally go the woman is on vacation. I figured since this is a waxing place I would have no problem at all. So the girl that waxed my eyebrows screwed them up completely. First she had no mirror for me to check them and when I got to my car I looked and there was still hair everywhere wax left on my eyebrows. I go back in and she apologized and was supposed to fix them. She messed them up even more. Wax left all over my eyebrows she even got wax in my hair and left it. I’m honestly in shock. I should’ve went to a nail place because they would’ve done a better job. I showed the woman at the front desk and even she could see it. She said when the owner is there she’ll schedule me and it would be free. I will never walk in that place again. I recommend no one does. No trim, no tweezers and wax left on my eyebrows and hair. I’ve been going here 3 years and all of a sudden my last 2 appointments have been cancelled with no notice. The last appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before I was supposed to arrive. Will not be returning at this point. I don’t care how good the service is, if you are inconsistent, it won’t matter because you disregard customers.

Plus, when I asked for the managers information, person at the front desk gave me fake information, so I had to reach out to corporate. They really do not care about your business. There was a point in time that they were slow and they welcomed the appointments, summer is close again, so I guess the customers don’t matter. It’ll also help if they were able to keep someone at the front desk.

The guy working recently texted me to cancel and when I said that it wasn’t okay, he made it look like I cancelled my appointment.
