This is good authentic consistent food, it’s not “poor Mexican people food” as some ignorant person wrote. The difference is some of the food such as tacos are street style Or for quick consumption as patron moves along their day. All the Food I’ve eaten is good, not fancy but good and consistent. It does get busy and the salsa bar needs to be filled constantly because they’re so good it’ll be left bare. The pan dulce is fresh and very good, the drink options are also good. The cashiers are always friendly, even when jerks make rude comments. I don't speak Spanish and I am not of Mexican blood, so this makes it difficult to rate. No one speaks any english, the place is a locals only-feel comfortable-kind of place with no pretense of being any thing other than a place that serves a limited menu. If you are a millennial that likes hip food, this is not the place for you. Out of the four Mexican restaurants I've been to in the Greenville area, this one has the best tamales.
