My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag, but the standout was definitely the exceptional service provided by Catalina, our server. Despite the bustling crowd, she made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured our needs were met with a smile throughout the evening.

As for the food, it was a bit hit and miss. The Fiesta Fries were a real highlight for me – delicious and satisfying enough to make a meal on their own. However, I decided to sample the three Chipotle Tacos, and while they were good overall, the grilled chicken chipotle taco stole the show with its perfectly grilled flavor and tenderness. The carnita taco came in as a close second, although it faced tough competition from neighboring eateries…

We also tried the fresh table-side guacamole, which was almost perfect but needed a bit of extra seasoning to really hit the mark.

On the drinks front, we took advantage of the happy hour specials, but I found myself needing an extra kick from the alcohol.

Overall, while there were some minor hiccups, the excellent service and standout dishes made it a worthwhile dining experience.

PS: If you took time to checkout the menu, you will notice it is not authentic mexican crafted food. It seems to target the local community, with a few American twists to please the local palate. Acknowledging that, food was still delicious, and my party and I sensed it was crafted with love and aiming to hit the “another...

This owner Is Very Disrespectful! I visited this site today with my 2 daughters and grandchild. He approached me aggressively speaking loudly, asking do I speak Spanish? Baffled, I asked why- then he proceeded to become combative telling me l snatched a pad from his child? I was Very Confused, because, before he came over to me- we had already been there for 45 minutes, (I had written my and a few more guest that were there for a while names on the pad which the host appreciated. I assumed he was talking about me doing that - I asked him is this how he treats his patrons in a restaurant full of people (not knowing if my husband was present or not) he said YES! I felt totally disrespected! My children were Mortified! His co-owner came to apologize for his behavior, and insisted that we stay, he took good care of us, but we couldn't enjoy our food because the embarrassment of the situation, which was a total lack of communication. I have never experienced anything like this Ever! I will Never go back, which is unfortunate because I love Mexican food. And unfortunately this wont be the last time I write this review. The patrons how also saw the incident has also apologized and said they were going to write a...

This place was amazing. I just recently moved back to town and have been looking throughout the Simpsonville area for some good Mexican food. I ordered the frozen mango margarita, the birria tacos, and a side of guacamole. The guacamole was sooo good. I’ve tried a few bad places where there wasn’t any tomatoes in the guacamole? But this one definitely had tomatoes in it. It was not overly seasoned. But not under seasoned. It was very flavorful. Everything was very flavorful actually. As for the birria tacos, oftentimes the consommé is under seasoned or just lacks flavor around the Simpsonville area. This was not the case here. The consommé was very seasoned and added to the birria tacos! And I am a birria taco eating expert in my opinion! Finally, my margarita was huge and came with all the bells and whistles. It was very cute. As for the service, this could have been considered fine dining. The owners personally came to speak to me and ask how they could help me and gave drink recommendations , which gave a very cozy feel in a way. The service was impeccable. Everyone was so friendly. Consider it like the Chic-fil-A of Mexican restaurants. I...
