Subway — Restaurant in Simpsonville

Let me preface by saying I work in an open kitchen as well and I understand the pay isn’t the best BUT.. The two people working were not paying attention to the customers. I asked for my sub triple toasted twice (basically said to burn it) and is barely toasted. I kinda gave up asking because the other employee was just talking over me to her and she was paying me no attention. I guess toasting bread 3 times is a difficult concept. The banana peppers were more crunchy than my sub lol I got interrupted multiple times while trying to tell her what I wanted on my order by their conversations. Which were hardly related to their jobs. While I was there they got two calls about getting peoples orders wrong and were laughing about it. The produce looked old. At least she realized the spinach they had on the line looked terrible and pulled out a new pan. I don’t understand why my chicken is mushy lol it was honestly gross and off putting. Definitely not eating subway for awhile especially not at this location. I should’ve went with my other choice for dinner. I never feel the need to leave a review. Overall.. super mid. I visited this franchise with my girlfriend who was seeking to order approximately 20 half-foot subs for a church outing in the afternoon. The order was taken, but not after my girlfriend was rudely spoken to and attended by a female employee and a manager that seemed half-shaven, unprofessional, and miserable with life...and maybe hungover. The female employee was very rude when my girlfriend inquired of any discount for such a large order...since she was ordering for a church that frequently orders large platters. Such discounts are great for customer satisfaction and advertisement in the community, but I will have to say that this franchise and Subway has lost my patronage due to this horrible visit. It seemed that we were an inconvenience to be there spending OUR money to consume and advertise their product...and we were the only people in line. Wish I could put zero stars. Go to quiznos...

I'm new to the area first experience was during morning hours .two times after including today was far by the worst experience went thru drive thru older lady act like she didn't understand my order had me repeat it several times followed by laughing and talking in background. so I went in cause now I want to see my food being made because I'm sense don't care attitudes.my bread was cut purposely thin on bottom I order chicken teriyaki which is a messy sandwich however it was toasted so by the time I get home whole sandwich fell apart it was so soaked I couldn't hold it came back immediately to get my money older lady screams we can do refunds other black girl working says oh ill do it gave me money back with attitude and no apology before i can get out the door good they start talking trash and laughing again it...
