There was a long line for the drive through but that doesn't necessarily mean a long wait. Dunkin does a great job helping their customers move along quickly and efficiently. Still, I normally go inside, but by the time I get back outside the drive through line is gone. I know that Dunkin is "just a coffee shop", but they have a good size variety of drinks and food. Hot coffee, iced coffee, frozen coffee, regular cream, oat milk, etc. They have breakfast sandwiches on bagels, English muffins, wraps and more. And of course they have donuts and muffins. Mostly everyone is friendly there and usually wears a smile, therefore making the customers feel welcome and comfortable.
They also deliver through third party apps like Doordash and Grubhub, if you don't feel like going out to Dunkin. They always seem to have a clean store which is nice (at least where the customer can see). There are bathrooms for their customers that are also nice and clean. This store is wheelchair accessible and has plenty of parking, especially because most of the customers seem to use the drive through.
I would definitely recommend it to dine in or for take out or even delivery. I don't recommend every Dunkin I go to, but this one is above average because the people that work there and how they...

When I explained to the employee at the window that I was given the wrong coffee she looked at me as if I just spoke Russian to her. After being away from the window for a few minutes she gave me another coffee and I went on my way. As I was driving off I looked at the cup and the sticker still said three cream one sugar so I assumed they just reused the cup. When I took a sip I got a straw full of granulated sugar. I'm not sure what happened in the back, but I'm pretty sure I got the exact same coffee I sent back the first time. I had to go to the other Dunkin down the road and get the correct coffee. I work in food service myself so I can completely understand getting things mixed up and confused, but I don't know why I was given the exact same coffee after explaining I wanted no sugar and only a splash of cream. I called this morning regarding not receiving my points from the previous days purchase and was not treated well at all. The cashier on the previous day was unable to scan my QR code, but she said she put in code for me to receive points. However, it did not go to my account. I even asked several times and when I noticed it wasnāt on my receipt. I did not want to hold the drive thru so I ended up leaving and thought to give it a business day.
