I have been ordering from this place for a while now but after today, I am completely done!!! You have lost me as a customer. The person answering the phone needs to go. We enjoy your pizza but we have been putting up with that terrible attitude for far too long and today was the last straw. I really don't understand why he is angry ALL the time! Maybe it's time for a new job? I don't know but the guy that answers the phone with no patience what so ever needs an attitude adjustment. It isn't right to treat customers like that. Throughout the whole year that I ordered pizza I let you be rude to me, but my husband was over it today when you didn't even allow him to tell you the full order. When a customer orders over the phone, let them order! I get it can be very busy but that's no excuse. This is the worst I've ever been treated by anyone just for trying to order pizza. I wish you guys the best of luck. Off to find another...

We ate in during an evening ride on the bike trail. The owner was there and we got to talk with him all evening. He’s been making delicious food there for 31 years and is looking for his retirement exit. But hey the calzone he made was so perfect. Ample crispy crust with a soft doughy but cooked through dough and generous amounts of cheese and other ingredients. I don’t think he skimps on anything! I saw several people enter to pickup their orders called in, and a good mixture of grinder sandwiches and pizza heading out the door. Pricing was very reasonable and the atmosphere was as to be expected for a small pizza joint with a fryer and griddle. But the basketball tournament on TV held in Kosovo was pretty neat to watch.

Was initially happy to find another pizza place that would deliver to Granby. I was really hoping that the pizza was going to be good however I was extremely disappointed in what we received. The worst was the buffalo which was a soupy mess of hot sauce, chicken and umelted cheese. The unmelted cheese was the worst part. I'm assuming that the cheese couldn't melt because it was sitting in a pool of Buffalo sauce. If the owner reads this I would recommend making it a white pizza with Buffalo drizzle maybe? I don't know but please change something. The Special was OK but definitely forgettable. I hate to write bad reviews but it was just so disappointing. Maybe just an off night? Thanks for the delivery though. Especially on a Monday when every place...
