Hoops-N-Hops — Restaurant in Simsbury

Hoops and Hops is a great little bar that is attached to Antonio's. It has a pool table or two, shuffle board, Jenga, pinball machine, several TVs in different sizes, and a jukebox. Just like the restaurant it has cochkey and whimsical things placed thru out.... It has its own flavor for Shure. I have never ate in the bar but I know the restaurant is pretty good. I think the bar may have a different menu or happy hour menu. I have always received very good or better service. Priced just competitive for the area for on tap beverages and spirited drinks... a little high for me. Note if you want to go to the restaurant to dine or pick up take out go to the front of the building. If you want to go to hoops and Hops park in the rear. You can get from one side of the building to the other inside but it's not as easy as you would think...

Let's start with cleanliness.. the men's restrooms reak of urine and puke on any day ending in "y"... And even if they didn't the ambiance of drug usage in the stall next to you would be enough to turn away a discerning individual. However if that is not a deterrent be advised that violence and harassment are protected simply if one tips enough a week on their bud lights. I highly do not recommend. Once a great place but greed and mismanagement have truly birthed a blight upon the town and I wonder why the police do not take more notice. Try any...
