7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Sinking Spring

I have frequented this establishment on twelve separate occasions since their soft opening late in October. On each visit, I have been extremely impressed by the rapid pace at which their drive thru moves. As a pro tip for first-time patrons, I would recommend perusing their menu in advance. This is essential due to their highly efficient drive-thru operation, where orders are often taken as your vehicle progresses in the queue. This may require some getting used to by some, especially when compared to the slower pace of Starbucks or Dunkin. However, when you find yourself in and out of the establishment in under 5-10 minutes, even during peak times with over 60 cars in the queue, you'll realize that there's no turning back. Other chains need to take notes from 7Brew.

The staff consistently exudes boundless energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness. Their extensive beverage offerings cater to a wide range of preferences, making it a haven for non-coffee enthusiasts as well. I have personally enjoyed their Egg Nog shake and Blueberry Pomegranate smoothie when I wasn’t feeling like sampling a coffee.

That being said, as someone who typically avoids coffee, I've ventured to sample 8-9 different coffee drinks from their menu, and each time, I've been pleasantly surprised. The coffee exhibits a smooth, non-bitter, and light taste that stands in stark contrast to the heavy and harsh brews found at some other chains. What's more, the prices here are notably more budget-friendly than their competitors.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment for its efficiency, diverse beverage selection, GREAT customer service and consistently satisfying coffee offerings.

I REALLY wanted to love this coffee, but I don't. 😔 On a positive note: the employees have been friendly and efficient. Service was quick. But the coffee leaves something to be desired.

Both times I ordered a cold brew. The coffee isn't bad, but not so amazing that it stood out, at least for me. That experience of course may vary for others. There were two things that specifically bothered me. First, was seeing into the building and noticing the huge array of Torani syrup. Torani is a pretty cheap syrup, and it has a pretty terrible artificial flavor. In my hunt for coffee syrup at home it was the first I tried due to the low cost and ease of availability, and the first ditched because it was terrible. Second, the cold foam. It disappeared in probably fifteen seconds after I received my coffee, which leads me to believe it was made with only milk, without any cream to help it hold up.

Because the coffee itself isn't bad, I'd say they are worth a try if you are one that isn't much into the flavors or foam. But if you are trying to replace Starbucks cold brews with all the bells and whistles, I can't recommend them.

In fall 2023, something was brewing in Sinking spring, but it wasn’t coffee… I had never heard of 7Brew before but figured I’d try it out because of the free drinks they offered when they opened the stand. On one occasion as I was planning on getting a sugar free iced energy, I saw the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my life standing outside with an iPad in her hand. She was very kind and gave me all sorts of drink recommendations, so many that I think I came back enough times to try most of the drink menu… Although the drinks were delicious they were not what made me a return customer. Somehow I convinced her to hang out with me outside of work, one thing led to another, and now I’ve got a girlfriend that puts all other Blondies to shame.
