Poor food and service!! Ordered a blizzard of the month, heath bar blizzard and mango/pineapple smoothie. Blizzard of the month was fine, other blizzard barely had any heath bar pieces in it and I could taste the staleness of the candy bar. Smoothie tasted extremely strange, something was definitely not right. Went to pay with a $50 and they said they don't accept $50 or $100 bills. You're in America, accept cash! If you don't want to keep large bills at the drive-thru for security reasons you should be able to accept it and move to a safe. Girl at the drive-thru had an attitude the entire time and the lids they gave me were big enough for a mega-sized gas station soda when I had a medium sized cup. Added a picture of it to their photos so you can see for yourself. What a joke!

Let me start by saying that I love Dairy Queen. Their soft-serve ice cream is probably the best you can buy at a chain (except for maybe McDonalds when their machines are working..) The drive through line at this location is awful. It typically goes around the block and moves VERY slowly. This isn't necessarily their fault. DQ needs to find some new franchisees in this area. The problem is that they sometimes prepare your ice cream well before you can pull up to the window, meaning it might end up melted. I would say that you should order at the counter, but unfortunately they remain closed for Covid. With all of that said, this is probably the LEAST crowded DQ in Berks, which is why I keep going back. I just hope that they can figure out how to keep up with demand.

This location has been open for years. They have all of your favorites. They also still turn your blizzard upside down to show you it won’t slide out. They are currently hiring for anyone who is currently looking for a job. They are conveniently located directly on Rt 422 in Sinking Spring. The parking lot is easy to access. They have an outside eating area consisting of 2 Gazebos. Over the summer they have Cruise Nights right in the parking lot. There are handicap parking spots but not automatic doors for wheelchair ease.

Terrible, rude service, African "American" apparently is the new Mgr. She was mean to the lady right in front of us, We walked out when I saw how she was treating this woman. ...all because the poor woman just had dental work done so she asked for her food in a separate container, she was willing to pay for it too, Not only did this person refuse help her, she actually stood there and said, "I remember you, YOU TRIED TO DO THIS BEFORE!" AS IF THIS GIRL DID SOMETHING TO DESERVE BEING OSTRASIZED!!!! IS IT WRONG TO REQUEST SOMETHING SPECIAL AT DAIRY QUEEN NOW? IS IT? I am a witness! I am also in the legal field! The woman said, no I just want some of these in here, pointing to the container, then this so called "Manager", perish the thought, said to her, "no, I will call the owner, but I am not going to do this" with a smirk on her face, still insisting the customer was "not allowed to have this". I could not believe this...this person is SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING HERE IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY *(don't EVEN say I am trying to be prejudice, SHE CHOSE this industry!!!), AND YET!...THIS PERSON IS USING HER POSITION TO INTIMIDATE AND HUMILIATE PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE, NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY! From now on we will go for the kinder service, right up the road in Mohnton, AND YES, FOR ALL OF the race baiters out there, THERE ARE BLACK PEOPLE THERE TOO, BUT AT LEAST THEY HAVE some respect AT THAT PLACE, they treat people decent, the food is better, it's cleaner and the service is outstanding. THIS WOMAN HAS ZERO respect. She actually mocked that person!!!! I felt sorry for the woman...this person did this Right in front of us, if I could rate this place in the negative, it would be a minus ten after...

I CANNOT believe what I just experience tonight. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. We just had a nice dinner and were craving ice cream and decided to stop at Dairy Queen. We arrived at 9:05pm on a Saturday night, the sign stated they were open until 10:00pm upon walking in we should have immediately turned around and walked out; but we were so hungry for ice cream. It was total caios there were 8 young adults under the age of 18 working all of which were having a meltdown because there were customers coming in. One kid went and locked the door at 9:1pm, people were trying to get in and could not; finally they let them in. Every kid had a bad attitude, rolling their eyes and complaining about waiting on customers. The place was FILTHY it looked as though they had not wiped up after themselves all night. My after thought was I should not have eaten anything from there. On girl was trying to mop the lobby floor as people were standing in line and not happy that people were in her way. Then I heard a boy behind the counter say "what's with all the f*ing people" out loud. I did not get what I ordered at first and they made 3 extra blizzards wrong that no one had ordered. When I explained what I had ordered they said it's not on the screen, I said well she took my order and pointed to the girl behind the counter. Not sure who or where the manager was but these young adults were running chaotically with no supervision. UNBELIEVABLE!! Will never go back, very...

I just stopped here for ice cream for my entire family. We ordered 4 soft serves all vanilla because their chocolate soft serve machine wasn’t working. We pulled up to the window and were completely shocked at how little ice cream were in each dish. Any other DQ location fills the cup and then does a twisted top to fill the plastic cover top. Not here. Our cup BARELY hit the brim of the bottom cup. When I questioned the guy in the window he said check the bottom of the cup. I confirmed it said M on it but mentioned the amount of ice cream I usually get at the location in Shillington and he said that’s a Sunday that they fill it more. I was in complete shock and just accepted because there was a line of cars behind us and I knew I wasn’t getting anywhere with the teenager working the window. I order the same thing every time I get DQ so I know I’m not mistaken. I’d like a manager to contact me with a refund or a gift card because we seriously got JIPPED. We will not be returning to that...
