Crave Cafe — Restaurant in South Heidelberg Township

I ordered two coffees this morning Picked them up about 9:45 when it said to on my ticket in my email I go in and the woman with curly hair was making my coffees she had a few questions Was a very nice woman

But then this woman with her hair back and glasses comes by making a comment about how long my coffee order was It was two iced lattes each with 2 syrups and one with cold foam Doesn’t seem too complicated to me but for some reason she made a comment with a negative tone towards it right to my face Not sure what’s gotten in her hair this morning but it’s no way to run a coffee shop and it’s not your job to worry about what I order You are to make the drink not complain about it Complain about it on your own time Make comments on your own time Will not be coming here again It’s kinda sad I even tipped 20% beforehand because I did a pickup order Believe me the woman that made my drinks was the nicest person ever I’d give her 100 stars But not the one with glasses kinda auburn hair I’d stay away from her and if your not a morning person...

Came here for the first time, dined in, and had a great experience! The place was completely packed when I got there (around noon on a Friday) and multiple staff members warned me (and were apologetic) for the kitchen being unable to take orders at the time. They took my drink order awhile and guided me to the only two tables they had left open. They checked on me multiple times by different staff members and one came to me personally to take my order. The food gets brought out to you- you get an order number when you place your order. The food was delicious! I did the pick two of half soup and half sandwich- got the broccoli cheddar soup and the Artisan Grill Ham and Brie. The grilled ham and Brie was definitely out of my comfort zone for ordering, but I did enjoy it. The soup was delicious. I got one of the September Specials for my drink- the Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Latte with caramel drizzle- which was so good I got a second one...

Crave Cafe is truly my home away from home. The moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease. There’s something about their chicken noodle soup that feels like a comforting hug in a bowl—rich, flavorful, and always the perfect remedy for any day. And don’t even get me started on the mocha latte! It’s the perfect balance of smooth coffee and chocolate, a little piece of heaven in every sip.

But what really makes Crave special are the people. The staff there aren’t just employees—they’re friends who brighten my day with their kindness and genuine warmth. Every visit feels like catching up with loved ones, and I can always count on a great chat along with my meal.
