Stopped here yesterday on 6/17 at around 6 PM to buy myself an Orange Cream Shake on this store's final days before renovations start taking place. I was greeted by a sign saying that the dining room is closed for renovations, but so far no renovations have taken place at this time of my visit, just some trailers for new and upcoming fixtures and a gut dumpster for aging fixtures and equipment sitting in the lot. Shoudn't dining rooms be open until the day a store undergoes renovations with the construction crew on duty? This used to be a great Arby's with the cool vibe it has had, but won't be a place to stop at anymore and will be getting those ugly-looking fixtures. At least the old fixtures will be given away to some local restaurants or anyone who wants them, and when I last set foot inside in the past couple of years, the chairs and fixtures looked to be in very good shape and well-kept.
However, should anyone eat here, just like any fast food place, the employees never actually wash their hands before handling food, and you are more likely to have diarrhea after eating the food from here. While the shake tasted fairly good, eat at your own risk if you ever come here, or you will have to use the can every 10-20 minutes. Anyone who works in any nearby stores, please do yourselves a favor and don't eat here. Anywhere is better than here for your health and safety. Go to the nearby Perkins if you want great food and great service, because full-service restaurants do their customers a lot better than...
Read moreSo a few times I have had to go back to the restaurant to grab what was mistakenly not placed in our bag while going through the driveway. What a pain and headache. Not only was I told don't worry about, come in sometime, leaving my name, the manager telling me she will offer the fries and sandwich free with my name, not only was that a lie, the name was wrong! I spoke to the store manager and she said since past employees have their friends call and lie about not receiving their food, the send coupons to an address. I let the Store Manager know I will give you my name, number and even address. It's a shame Arby's has to find ways not to be scammed. Anyways I stopped eating there all together. I never received a coupon...
Read moreUsually very please and never have complaints. Although, I did order through the drive thru a week ago. Ordered the #1 large with a shake and the #7 large with a salted carmel cookie. I got home ( few blocks away) and the cookie wasnt placed in the bag. I called the store and a lady told me she would put my name on a note to replace what was missing. I went again today explained what I was told to get the cookie for this order. I was informed they "don't do that " & that they send coupons. I wasn't asked for my address for any coupons, didn't get the cookie I was missing and nothing was made right. Slightly disappointed I was out the cookie and the money I...
